Great location and breakfast 😋

It is very good hotel. Beds are extremely soft, comfortable. It has full reakfast & comlimentary ice-cream. There are planty lights in the room. Everything is clean.

This was by far the worst stay I've had in Logan and I will not stay there again. The listing clearly states a pool is available and does not mention that hours vary and it's the school campus pool and subject to different hours. I book hotels specifically for the pool so my teen son has something to do. The pool was closed the duration of our stay and when I asked for a refund so I could move to a different hotel I was told no. There was also several strands of hair in the sink left by the cleaning crew and we had a pile of dirty bedding right next to our door for the first 6 hours of our stay. The air conditioner also made a loud rattling noise all night that I could hear through my ear plugs but at least it did keep the room cool. Very disappointed and upset with management for denying my refund. I go to Logan about 8 times a year and will never stay here again. Terrible customer service.

Definitely love staying at University Inn. The breakfast is great, the rooms are nice and clean and free ice cream. Can't complain with that!

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was friendly and the ice cream was a nice touch. Be aware that at least this weekend (7/3-7/5) seemed to have a number of small children who were not well behaved or managed by their parents and the noise was a nuisance early in the morning.

Only recommendation would be to have a way to provide water bottles as guests are checking out. We heard that asked for 5-6 times by the guests as they were going out into the heat.

Overall, it was a great experience. I was visiting USU after 20 years and wanted to show around to my kids the university, our department, housing etc. it was very centrally located in the university and served our purpose. Hotel itself was well maintained and rooms were spacious. Breakfast was good as well.

The staff was very curious and helpful with everything! Will look forward to staying there again in the future.

We were passing through Logan, Utah and found this hotel on Expedia and decided to give it a go! The Inn is located right in the Utah State University campus which was actually a pleasant surprise! Staff was great, good breakfast too!

Everything. The ice cream was a nice added touch.

Everything was amazing besides they have a pool listed on the available amenities and it is currently under renovations so I could not go swimming with my son. One of the only reasons I wanted to get that hotel but the staff was very nice and helpful the food for breakfast was great. The room was nice and neat and everything was in its place. The shampoo in the bathroom was full overall it was a good stay. I just wish the pool would’ve been listed as not available.

The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. And the campus setting is very fun to explore.

Cool spot cool staff good price. Really cool to be right on university cool to ride bikes and walk around campus or hit the canyon to bear lake. Logan is a beautiful spot cool Utah attitudes way more friendly cool people compared to California wish I could live in Utah. People aren’t rude. I like Utah attitudes.

Great stay for the price.

Very nice place to stay. Comfortable beds, tv, fridge and microwave in the room. Even had an iron and ironing board which I needed. Staff were helpful. You even get a free ice cream.
