Our stay in the aphrodite room was amazing!! It was our 20th anniversary and the room was so nice the decor was very pretty. The bed wasn't the greatest I've ever slept on but it wasn't the worst either. The staff were very nice.

We arrived about 9:50pm. The lobby door was locked, with a note to call a number for “after-hours service. ( No idea when “after-hours “ started.) We waited in the driveway 10-15 minutes for someone to come for checkin. She had limited training and authority, so it took awhile to arrange our reservation for a change we requested (after arriving “late”). The room was wonderful. Parking is very tricky, supposedly worse on weekends.

Breakfast was delicious. Love the fact is was brought right to our door at our requested time. Great variety of breakfast options. We did not receive shampoo only conditioner. The front desk attendant had already left for the night before we realized we didn't get Shampoo.

Room was great, staff was great. The only issue we had was that the WiFi login information in the guest book was incorrect. We tried calling the front desk multiple times over a 90 minute period, and did not get an answer. Finally on about the 5th try, we got someone to answer who gave us the correct login info. If this one thing had been fixed, it would have been a perfect stay. Everything else was great. Breakfast was delicious! Thank you!

Dirty room: unchanged dirty sheets, no blanket, disgusting toilet/bathroom, and used wine glasses. There was zero housekeeping done prior to our stay and during. Breakfast was late, cold, and missing promised items. The bath had a plumbing problem and constantly leaked. Inaccurate stay information in the room. Had to call 3 different numbers before getting the right person and the WiFi information. We had to clean the tub and make our own bed ourselves. This stay was a complete joke and not remotely what was promised or worth the cost. The front desk staff were nice, but the stay was a complete disappointment. Do not recommend.
