Nice hotel for the most part; however, we had only a hand towel and bath rug towel in the room. Also, only had one plastic cup and the 2 coffee styrofoam cups the plastic was torn off. Location is a little awkward, main road access is only one way. Have to use back roads to get to and from property.

There was a blood stain on the dirty carpet. The room was loud.

The room did not smell fresh, part of the floor was a little tacky. The room was not quiet at all, we could hear every word of anyone who walked by, the door had a gap at the bottom that needed a door sweep or something.

Everything was clean, and the beds where very comfortable. The lady from housekeeping who prepares the breakfast was very helpful and very nice.

Staff was extremely nice and helpful. They promptly called when they thought I left a tablet. Nice and quiet.

It was an alright stay, however certain things were messed up, that seemed an easy fix that they didn’t. I stayed four days. The room got cleaned once. There was a broken light that “couldn’t be fixed“, behind the bathroom mirror, which made things challenging. The curtains/shades were mismatched in size, one not covering the whole window. However, the biggest issue about the hotel itself, was you can hear everything of your neighbors upstairs and around you, which was quite annoying. Very thin walls, which made sleeping a challenge.

Spacious room but the AC in our suite didn't work in the second bedroom. Staff was friendly and stay was nice. Reasonably priced.

I really enjoyed the hot tub. It really helped relax. The bathroom and shower are way too small. Also the design of the shower curtain has it sliding open, so it can’t do its job properly.
