We got there late unfortunately the person did not want to check us in and we had no where else to go. Very poor service. Never again!

Property was very basis, and a bit rundown. Furniture in the rooms showed a lot of wear. Housekeeping was minimal to non-existent.

There is no elevator which made being on the 3rd floor quite challenging. They make you put $100 deposit down and if there is no damage then they say you’ll get it back but it takes 10 days. There is no management on site and can’t be contacted on the weekends. They were apparently short staffed so no housekeeping during our 3 night stay and no one checked in on us to replace towels or take garbage. There is one ice machine and it’s by the office so if you are on the 3rd floor then you have to go back to your room to get your ice bucket. I have $100 of extra charges and I am still trying to find out why. Also, there was a lot of damage already done to the room..patched walls, scratches on walls and a stain in front of the fridge so I will be quite concerned if my deposit gets applied for previous damage. Since I reviewed the room carefully I also noticed how dirty the walls were. Also found a nasty bug in the bathroom the first night. Didn’t see any others during the stay. The pictures online were deceiving as it showed a kitchen but the 3 queen beds and space were good. Also, if you have a pet there is no grass area near.

I checked in on line prior to getting there but the desk person still had us go through the check in procedure. He took a long time to process us because his computer was so slow. He was nice enough but your company needs to update your equipment. By the way we were on the 3rd floor and there was no elevator . Unbelievable.

Left a Super 8 in Columbus (MT) and enjoyed my stay so booked this property for the next two nights. My experience with both could not be more different. Upon check in I got lectured about room damages (which I've never incurred) and when I went back to report the mini fridge in my room was room temperature and leaking water on the carpet, I was told maintenance would address is the next day. Didn't happen. Checked out and mentioned the fridge issue again and was told, "Yeah, I think I saw it on the list." My room smelled awful and the stains on the furniture were obvious.

Comfy beds and pillows and clean sheets made the stay OK. Older property that retains a smell of smoke. Air freshener helped and it was quiet - worked for a one night trip.

They put a $100 hold on my card and never released it kinda bs that they held it and didn’t give reason for it as we did not smoke have pets we just passed out showered ate and headed out

I was charged $100 at check in, in case of damage wrong to the room. I was charged $100 two times. I will call to clarify why the double charged tomorrow

The room was very noisy due it’s proximity to the nearby roadway and lack of noise reduction materials.

Nothing. I read reviews about bed bugs (unfortunately too late as I'd already booked). Requested to see room first and found active bed bugs and beds riddled with bed bug stains. I asked staff to come see and he refused to come to room with me. He said the reviews were liars and said I could leave. So I did. I did not stay in this hotel. Everything. Staff was rude. Lobby, stairs, and halls were filthy. Room was dirty but I was willing to ignore all of that until I checked for bed bugs. I founds stains and living bed bugs on the beds. As I was traveling with children and did not wish to risk bites or infestation coming home with me, we opted to find a different hotel.

Spacious room with 3 comfortable queen beds (although the room could use some new paint), nice kitchenette. Pool & hot tub were great. Breakfast was pretty good. Would stay here again

The breakfast was lacking but then for the price a bowl of cold cereal and glass of orange juice was enough. The room was good though it was dark due to dark walls and dark carpet. The window could use shears so as to have sun light come in at sun rise. My room was on the main floor.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. Whenever I asked for a refill of an item that I needed. They were more than happy to comply. I didn’t like that there were ants in the bathroom, the beds weren’t as comfortable as I thought they could’ve been .

Booked a 3 queen room. Beds were actually full beds, not queens. The room was large, nearly 2 regular sized rooms. The TV had been removed from one section of the room where 1 of the beds was. The 1 bed section did not have a/c. The section with 2 beds, had an old wall mount a/c that looked like it had never been cleaned. I was actually concerned what we breathed all night. The room looked like it was at the beginning stages of an update. There were new cabinets and counter tops like it was going to be a kitchenette. There was an opening for a range, but a mini fridge with a small microwave was there as a place holder. The bathroom sink, which is just outside the bathroom and interestly right next to the kitchen sink, was peeling and there wasn't a mirror or light near the sink. The only mirror to put in contacts, do make up or hair was in the section of the room with 1 bed. I feel this place could be good with a few months of focus to clean it, repair and replace certain things.

They had a hard time checking us in. It was a long wait because they had made a mistake with the people checking in before me (45 min waiting) and they were rude about confusion over my booking. I booked 2 rooms and they could only find 1 to start. When I tried to show my evaluation confirmation they said they couldn't look at my phone and it didn't matter what it said.
