The room was okay but not great The pillows were terrible

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. No complaints about anyone. All very pleasant. No elevator. Ring of black mold around bathtub (visible only when sitting down, not standing up). No stopper in sink (lost earring back down the drain). Very grungy velour armchair with decades of dirt. Old, dirty carpet throughout. Housekeeping only one day out of six-day stay (and only garbage collected and towels replaced - bed not made).

Bed was comfortable. Ok for short one night stay. Property is dated Room door lock didn’t worked, lamp turn on knob missing could turn on lamp light. Cannot turn into property coming from the south have to go past and make a U-turn Have to go through the neighborhood to get to a place where you can turn right to go north.

Typical middle-eastern owned hotel. In need of many updates and room updates. Pillows and mattress were either really cheap, or really worn out. Felt like sleeping on the ground. There's your choice of toast, cold cereal, or waffles for breakfast... that's it, and really cheap concentrated juice. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra $20 on somewhere nicer

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The ice machine and water cooler were right outside my room pretty much so that was convenient. As a woman traveling alone I felt very unsafe as the lobby seemed to be a hang out spot for whatever thug needed a place to kick up his feet for awhile. The staff themselves looked as though the owner had no rules at all. They all looked like they all just rolled out of bed each day and sat at the desk. As a result I packed up and took anything of any value at all with me each day. The “continental breakfast” was a joke. 2 cold cereal options, a few oatmeal packets and a waffle maker. My room was directly off the lobby so I got the pleasure of hearing the tv blare in there first thing in the morning. The sink in the bathroom was very slow draining and by day 3 had given up the task completely. The AC was a swamp cooler type unit that just pushed in whatever temp of air that was already existing outside and sounded like an old truck motor while it ran. As a result the room was sweltering and smelled like a dirty barn.

The staff acted quick and changed our room when we had an issue Our room smelt, we came back we noticed our carpet was wet, we got the staff they swapped our room immediately. Everything is just tired it just needs some love and probably just money to give some life back into the property.

Convenience The hotel smelled musty. There weren’t any complimentary towels or soaps. Etc…

Room AC did not work

The guy that checked us in, did not have good hygiene. When he gave me the keys to the room, I went and moved my car and then we took our stuff up to the room but the key was not working. I went back down to ask questions and he was no where to be found. There was a sign up that said he will return shortly. So I finally went back to the room and the key then worked.

The front lobby looked like it had been recently updated and it look decent There were screw holes in multiple walls. The shower curtain rod was twisting all over wasn't really secured. The shower curtain only had a cloth cover, not an inside plastic curtain. The front and desk person gave me a lot of flack about needing an extra 2 towels because there wasn't enough towels in the room
