I love staying at Springhill suites in logan ut. The bed was so comfortable and I loved the hot tub and swimming I planned to stay there again. I really can't think of anything.

This property allows dogs if the owners claim they are a service dog. Our room was next to one of these fake "service" dogs that were left in the room to bark and whine, in violation of the ADA. No useful compensation was offered for moving rooms.
-
AC was very loud and came on frequently. The room did have blackout curtain ms but much light still came I. The room from the window and from under the door/hall.

The location...trying to get out of the hotel on to the main street was crazy...we did end up finding a back road to a light to make a left hand turn.
-
Didn't clean my room until Thursday. Arrived on Monday.
-
Toilet separate from Shower. Bathrooms too small. Conditioner bottle was not working properly. Some people still smoke. Put some cigarette disposal containers outside to alleviate cigarette butts all over. Could not get TV to show the dining info or room service info...probably just me though.

Was ok

Couch wasn't very comfortable. It didn't fit our body types right . Toilets were quite low for a disability equipped room.
-
Very nice and quiet hotel.
-
My reason for low stars is mainly because of the decision to use sliding doors with frosted glass between the main bedroom and the bathroom bathrooms which when people get up in the middle of the night to use, turns the light on it wakes everybody up. Also, the room had many scuff marks and stains throughout that just seems like normal maintenance should be taken care of.

Excellent. Nothing adverse to remark.

Best places to stay Everything was good

Everything was good

breakfast was very good. beds were comfortable. A makeup mirror added to the desk would be nice.

The hotel was nice, but the amenities were terrible. Single ply toilet paper, very flat pillows that caused neck aches and lack of sleep, no water in the room. Only one coffee stir sticks were only half size and didn’t get to the bottom of the cup. Staff was really nice, but it seems like management has cut the corners in the wrong places. Definitely better the last time we stayed here. I don’t think we will be back.
