The bathtubs are to slick and slippery. They could use grab bars.

Everything was great. The only criticism is we were charged $5 as an “amenities” fee. When I asked what that was the receptionist say the IHG group has recently started charging this; that amenities included sheets, towels and soaps. I complain, not only because since when can towels and sheets at a hotel be “amenities” but also it was a surprise extra charge.

Well,,,, First of all ,, we were supposed to be booked in Louisiana, and when we weren't, u STILL Charged us for a room I'm sure u rented out as well! When we called,, no help whatsoever, And we had to Book another room,,in a 3rd State to find somewhere to sleep! On a Weekend where there were so many Graduations and Nothing Avaliable is Unforgivable! So I give 0 all the way around!

The staff were wonderfully helpful and kind, and having a suite with 4 queen beds was a huge benefit for our large family. Karen ran breakfast and was super engaged with guest needs, keeping things stocked and moving and chatting with my kids. We booked the same room on our travels back because it was so good for us.

Everything, especially the jacuzzi tub. Room was perfect. Great breakfast, different each day. My favorite was the pancake maker! Will definitely be back again. Room had a slight odor but the staff immediately addressed it and then all was fine.
