I always have like holiday inn express in the past but this was the worst one I stayed in. The room smelled like a locker room. The sink drain didn’t work. It was actually full of water when we checked in. The microwave didn’t work right. They told me someone would fix the sink and nobody ever did. The staff was nice but they said there was nothing they could do because I booked through a 3rd party.

The hotel took an extra $150 from us and would not refund. We had to cancel and rebook at the same time because of an error in the booking. They charged us 150$ because of their error after they said they would not charge us for this. Very unethical business practice. I would stay clear of this hotel. They are scammed.
