Super 8 by Wyndham Logansport

The location was close to where I had to attend a funeral that I came from out of town to attend. Had several restaurants and shopping if you were up for going out shopping. The property definitely needs an upkeep. It was very plain dark. Nothing special about it.

Bed was comfortable, staff was friendly, room was cleaned, fresh towels each day, breakfast was ok I requested a handicap accessible bathroom. I was never informed they dont have any but worse our room was on the 2nd floor nearly at the end. My husband asked if they had a cart to load up our stuff, she said they had one but it eould do any good as theres no elevator. We have to walk up those steep narrow stairs with whatever he could carry. He gad to make multiple trips. That was miserable on me with walking difficulties & my husband has copd ( usually under control with few flare ups, he had issues each day we were there. We were not happy! Filthy/worn carpet in hallway & stairs, the ammenities?? I had to go downstairs as when I tried calling it stayed busy, to ask about a hair dryer. The clerk kept trying to tell me it was in the wall, I kept telling her only the holder was there. Finally after a couple minutes she called her boss to see if they had & if so a hair dryer, iron & board. I got them. Was upstairs a few & my husband had just brought more of our stuff up & asked about coffee, no coffee maker. So I went back downstairs to ask & she pointed & said there's a big one here. None in the rooms. So we went & bought one. We are not wake up, get dressed & go out for coffee people, coffee first. ALL of the outlets wall & lamp outlets were extremely loose, had to find just the right spot on a couple of them. The plug on the dryer was cracked but worked (a bit scary) We were surprised to see nothing noting toilet had been cleaned maybe sanitized? Oh & the pictures show 2 arm chairs in there, nope only one desk chair. I took a couple pics of things you can see. Forgot to get the toilet.

It worked well for us. Close to fast food and shopping options.

Good location. Easy access. A dated facility and you get what you pay for, but it was a good place for a night's rest. The breakfast sent me on my way full and ready to go.

The room and bathroom was clean and the air conditioning and TV worked.

The beds are comfortable. I wish that breakfast would go on a little longer. Especially on the weekends.

Clean, comfortable. Good for a quick overnight stay with a good TV and A/C.

Entering our room to clean before we checked out was really weird.

The breakfast was exceptional. The pillows on the kingsize bed.
