Horrible experience drove all the way to Long Beach just to arrive and not a have a room even though I paid online before hand and I can understand if they over sold by mistake but at least call the guest to let them know especially on valentine day the attendant asked me if I was looking for a room or if I booked online I let him know I already paid online he told me then I don’t have a room because they were over book didn’t even ask me my name nor would he cancel my reservation told me I would have to do it online and there was clearly room avaible he just wanted to over charge another person the guy was completely out of pocket on the way he treated me never have I been spoken to in such a manner by that time I was stranded with no where to go looking for another room and very where else was almost 4 times the amount I had already paid since it was Valentine’s Day around 8pm had no choice but to drive 5 hours all the way back home

I made a recervation i showed up to the hotel and was told they didnt have my room anymore . I paid for the room and havent reveived my refund. Very disappointed with Expedia ! Expedia is a fraud company☠️☠️☠️

Terrible once we arrive they say they dont have contact with expidia .!! I have to sleep at the airport after oay a uber to go to the motel have to paying back terrible customer service the guy dont even try to help us not recommend expidia have to remove them from the application

The photos are exactly what you get! So that’s a plus. I already had an idea what I was getting myself into and literally only needed a place to sleep for the night between work shifts. TV was great, there’s a fridge and microwave, bed was comfy and there was a heater (and ac unit). Parking lot was only for motel. Felt hood but safety wasn’t tooooooo much of a concern (but most people might be scared). The ceiling mirror was strange but funny. The water never moved past freezing. I got in at 2am and needed to take a shower but the water was freezing. I got charged an extra fee for checking in early, which makes sense at a luxury hotel but I literally just needed to park and not wanting to check in in the middle of the morning the next day. So I paid $30 to park my car essentially.

The room was very comfortable and I felt it was clean. Enjoyed access to television and adjustable air conditioning. The mirror on the ceiling is an interesting touch. The staff were very accomodating with amenities, taking pictures, and general guidance. I love how close to everything in Long Beach it is, if and when I return to California this is where I'm staying. Possibly just the bathroom toilet, maybe consider upgrading the toilet seats. I also did not like how the toiletries smelled.

There were no towels in our room when we checked in they run sure how many rooms we had if they were paid for

Cheap and adorable but clean and nice. Just needed somewhere to sleep after going to a show at Queen Mary

The staff was great and very helpful at literally any time of day or night. Easy to work with. The room was clean and you can tell they are doing what they can to restore and upgrade the old property. Easy to find and convenient parking right outside your room door. The property is located directly off of a highway. Every semi that passes, which is about every 5 seconds, can be heard and felt. But that is not their fault and you do get used to it after a few days. The beds and bedding could use upgrading. The mattresses are uncomfortable and the bedding had burn holes from past guests.

PCH a little noisy in evening, but room was equipped with Microwave and Fridge. Shower had great Pressure. Manager had to reset breaker for AC / Heater late night and had fixed immediately.

Location is key. No ventilation fan in the restroom.

That it had a parking spot available Everything this was literally the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in hands down. Don’t look inside the A/C. Don’t go in the bathroom. And don’t touch the bed
