La Mirage Inn - Long Beach

The property is absolutely amazing and the amenities are perfection. The staff is very helpful and always polite.

The hotel can’t control this but people shouting at 2am, but what made it worse was the walls are thin. The beds have these weird aluminum going under the then bed so any movement of the bed and you can hear it. If all you need is a bed and don’t care about where it is or a grand experience this isn’t bad.

Management team is awesome! They're always polite and courteous. The rooms are always clean and the attention to detail that they have concerning the property and rooms is unmatched.

First time ever staying at a property where the refrigerator leaked liquid and was not cold. All of the towels were soiled and dirty. And did not have a phone. Which is a safety hazard. I will not ever be staying there again.

- Bring shampoo and conditioner! Not very much provided - Room smells like smoke! Bring a scented spray! - Bring waters FOR SURE - Bring an additional blanket - Keep in mind that you’ll have to carry luggage up a flight of stairs! Other than that, I had a great stay :)

The hot tub was old aand we only had 1 towel. No washcloth just 1 towel for 2 people.

If I could give this place a ( 0 ) that’s what it deserves! From over load of trash under stair case, to feces on the walls, long hairs all over bed sheets and TV remote, a broken table cracked completely in half, lots of bed bugs smashed and stained on sheets, what also feces on night stand, pillow case so dirty with dirty stain and make up like someone just didn’t care to change pillow cases, it was a disaster a real night mare walking into that room! Had to leave ASAP! My children were horrified as well as traumatized! The motel indicated that as long as Expedia requested the refund they would, UNFORTUNATELY they never answered any of the call Expedia made therefore a refund was not made!

Nothing really Linen was not cleaned. Nats all over the room, tv didn't work. I went to them twice and they never came to look at it

The hot tub but it was gross it had someones pubes in it When I first walked into the hotel room, there was a dirty towel behind the door and then I started to get settled in and I go and I pick up my pillow, and it's covered in nasty puke stains in a bunch of unidentified substances.All over the pillow, their cigarette burnholes all over the bed and then the hot tub I already had water and it was like it wasn't cleaned at all. And so I bought some wipes and I wiped it down, and it was absolutely disgusting. Then, I got home after being out all day, expecting to be able to take a shower and it was 2 in the morning and the shower drain. Wouldn't drain, so I wasn't able to take a shower cause. It was gonna overflow into the entire building. I have videos of everything and I will not be staying here again.

The beds were comfortable Everything else and they wouldn't even let me extend my stay and no reason behind it

Good jacuzzi tub. The bed a little loud.

Had a wonderful time; will definitely keep in mind should I stay in the area again!

Convince Cleanliness left noodles in microwave

Nothing From hobos jumping through windows, the spiders crawling around on the bedsheets and the raid spray we saw the cleaner using in the rooms I cannot express how bad this experience was. A total eye opener to just suck it up and spend the extra 50-10 0at a normal hotel for next time
