Roaches in restroom. Bathroom seat covered in pee upon arrival.

Poor door locks. Not secure

Just location… Infested with roaches. The nonsmoking room smelled like cigarettes smoke. Stay away if you read this comment. There was live and dead roaches during our stay. I must say this is the worst motel/hotel experience ever. Read review before booking . Despite the nice bathrooms, you wont want to shower or even rest . That how disgusted me and my wife were. Just wanted to sleep and check out asap

Staff Nothing

Spanish style Really sketchy people just hanging out side. Random screaming and banging on doors and walls. A lot of baby roaches. The “trash can” was a home Depot bucket with a trash bag around it…

What breakfast? Floors were dirty, saw two roaches and couldn't even take a shower because the towels were dirty. Also people were noisy all night.

I didnt like that I had to check out because I was leaving.

Do you like how close it was to the Queen Mary? It was about eight minutes, but we found insects in our bed and on the floor in it smelled the entire time… Again, just reiterating that there were insects in the bed and on the floor.

Nothing There were dead bugs in our room, no fitted sheets on bed. If I wasn’t so tired from flying all day I would have left place. There were people banging on doors all night and screaming too! We were nervous to leave. I saw someone looked like strung up drugs, walking in her underwear and bra outside! The Uber driver came to get us fold us he doesn’t come to this bad area. I also went to see why vending machine didn’t work all they said idk it’s just broken. The young guy was nice when we checked in but guy in morning was very rude and even though my checkout said 11am he was trying get me out by 10:30am. Believe me I wanted out but I was waiting for my ride. It was nightmare!

The location, particularly during the night it was not clean and less safe outside.

Nothing. I left the property and booked another. I feared for my life. It was far from the beach and the place looked so unsafe.

Location and parking Room not clean at All, sink, mirror, microwave dirty, fridge look and smell pretty bad with green mold inside like it hasn’t been cleaned in months. Plus you can smell the cigarette from people smoking outside going into the room. Stained blankets and small holes in them.

Although the room was upgraded it has a smell like old sewer pipes. Also the fridge was turned off when we arrived so couldn’t use it because it would take hours to get it going. Barking dogs from guests at night on the parking lot were also an issue.

they let me check in early. the wifi was free. the location was 2 miles from my job. it is a scary neighborhood so traveling alone and walking back from work is not recommended. Though the bathroom had a lot of potential it looked like it hadnt been cleaned in weeks. the trashbin was a home depot orange bucket and it smelled awful.
