Filthy. Disgusting. Charge a cash deposit not disclosed on site. Because they own the atm and get $4 service fee to withdraw cash. SCAM

I’ve been in so many hotels. But seriously this is the worst. It smells so bad. Couldn’t sleep. Made a reservation here because couldn’t find something affordable last minute. I seriously don’t recommend this place to anyone. Specially if you have kids. Don’t go there!!!!

It was clean and basic They had bedbugs

Hair in the bed, smelled like tobacco (even switched, same result), people arguing outside window at 3 in the morning, leaking faucet, crappy towels, unsafe neighborhood, run down. Nowhere to eat nearby. No ice. Vending machine broken. Hotels.com should inspect what they offer. I booked two nights, stayed one without any refund. Worst place I have EVER booked online. The lady who checked me in was very nice.

I paid for a room for my. I paid for a room for wife. She didnt even check in. She said she felt unsafe in a dangerous part of the ghetto. Im from longbeach. She ain't. It was rough location though and the entire property with driveway and all is so small its one way in one way out and your car barely fits in the lot.

The guy at the counter was very nice and helpful. The rooms were designated to be non smoking rooms, however they both reaked of cigarettes and made it difficult to try and get comfortable or sleep. One of the rooms had a floor molding that was partial broken and torn up in a way that could have easily cut someone's foot if they were to get up to use the Restroom at night. The photos for the family were also deceptive as they do not clearly show the rundown appearance of the place.

Front Desk are friendly and is not too clean but I was feel comfortable staying over there and they have the nfl channel I was really enjoying the game Is kind of little old and not too clean and last time I was staying there the neighbor was arguing and yelling around outside
