Staff were great. The pillows are weirdly compact, hard and lumpy- bring some from home if you can. The ac unit is really loud and unfortunately sucked in all the pot smoke from our neighbors balcony all night and the next morning. Pch is really loud too, try to get a room away from it. Pool area is cute, rooms affordable for the area.

Staff were great, the beds were comfortable, parking hard, even though we paid for it, the safe was broken and the toilet handle needed to be jiggled to work at times, and it looked like there was stuff growing in the showers grout. But the worst thing was the air conditioning. It did work but was so loud we couldn’t sleep with it in but it was so hot and stuffy that we couldn’t sleep on that account. We wouldn’t stay there again.

Excellent customer service, beautiful pool and surroundings, comfortable beds and clean, modern bathrooms. Very easy access to CSU Long Beach. Nothing. It was great! Exactly as stated and exactly what we were looking for.

Friendly and informative staff! Comfortable room, very spacious, comfortable bed. The AC unit worked great but could get pretty loud on occasion waking us up in the middle of the night. The pool was the best! Such a great seating area all around it in the shade or in the sun! Great location right on the PCH so easy access to everything

Decent stay but wouldn’t come here again. Honestly don’t believe them on this app when it comes to complimentary breakfast because they do not have that here. You do have to request a microwave for your room so keep that in mind before booking as well.

Staff were accommodating. The room had air conditioning and the location of the hotel was a five minute walk to bus stops which works out well if you need to use public transportation.

They have a very nice pool. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are nice. They make you pay $15 a night for parking when they clearly have enough parking spaces for everyone to park.
