Excelente desayuno, muy limpio y confortable el cuarto y muy agradable el personal 100 % recomendable

Staff was great. Facility could use some upgrades. Worked for a one night stay awaiting our cruise.

The only good thing was the customer service from the gentleman at the desk.

It was close to my event and the property was well maintained. The only complain was that the rooms weren’t ready when we arrived.

Everyone was very kind. Room was large and clean. Very quite for being on a busy road. Breakfast was nice, and busy. Will stay there again.

Everything was excellent!!! The guy working night shift, he was such a vibe!!! Staffing was amazing. So friendly, breaking 10 out of fricken 10!!!

The breakfast was decent. Free parking is a plus. The only major issue was all the heavy-footed noise created by the visitors moving up and down the stairs, upper walkways, and in the room above. The walls are paper thin and I was staying on the first floor. If noise is an issue for you, probably best to request a room on the upper floor.

The property was cleaned. There is no problem here at all.

Booked this hotel because it was 20 min to and from the port of Long Beach and the Long Beach airport. I can't really say too much about the convenance of the area or the room. The area up the road to your left is not really safe at night. The room is kind of run down especially the bathroom. Rust and mildew on many parts of the tub. I feel it is not worth what I paid for the hotel and i am glad it was only for one night.

Still haven’t got my deposit back

Close to the airport. Location surroundings are not the best. Sirens constantly. Guests/randoms walking around outside late night. Rooms were outdated and not super clean

Very clean and the rooms was very clean. Great customer service and the food was really good. Third time coming and will be back as long as I’m cruising from Long Beach and the best thing is when cruising they take you to the port

I liked the beds were comfortable, the staff was nice and location was great. The air conditioner was very loud it kept me up every night, the breakfast buffet could have some variations during the week, out of the 5 mornings we were there they only day breakfast was exceptional was friday, the lady who did it, did it the right way. Parking was a nightmare for us, the spots are small or seemed smaller and people did not helped, people parked wrong so it was hard to park without being too close to other cars. Also I had asked for a full house keeping service during the middle of our stay and we had two rooms, but only one got cleaned even though the person did repeat back it was for the two rooms. During our first breakfast there was lots of people there and a very long line for waffles with only one waffle maker for the whole inn.

The room was very nice, more like something at a more expensive hotel. Beds very comfortable Everything was fine
