Quality Inn Long Beach - Signal Hill

Staff works hard to accommodate requests and this hotel at least has bathtubs which I prefer when I travel. I hope that this chain will maintain nthis feature!

Staff was AMAZING! Kind and helpful. I've stayed several places in Long Beach...not sure if I would stay here again...the hotel room was clean, but rooms themselves are very rundown.

Everyone was nice and helpful. Breakfast room was larger than expected with everything well stocked and warm or cold as necessary. Room was clean and quiet.

The hotel was very welcoming, bed was extremely comfortable. TV wasn't working. Other than that I was nice. Pool hours should be adjusted especially cause check out is at 11. Pool opens at 10. Hot tub needs some work. Breakfast was great.

Ok. Everything was fine .

Was not satisfied with the room as one of the queen beds had lops in it and the room in general looked like it really needed some TLC.

Room was semi clean. Bathroom tub had hair, shower head being old didn’t spray full water. AC was noisy and very unclean outside. Worst was breakfast. Semi cooked food and lady was bringing scrambled eggs in big clear plastic container which is very dangerous and cause CANCER. Scrambled eggs were so watery and tasteless.

I wanted a relaxing weekend and that is just what I get. I hang out at the pool. It was okay. The breakfast was fine. Just a little fine thing is that the guest upstairs of me was walking all night but other than that it was worthwhile

Bad smell in the room

DO NOT RECOMMEND! Very dirty location, shower and bed was filled with hair and when asked for sheets to be changed there was no staff available to do so. Room was clearly smoked in previously and the floor and floorboards looked like a crime scene. I didn’t even know that hotels like these still existed. At least the waffles were ok for the free breakfast. The staff member said the manager would call me for a refund and that was almost two weeks ago so there’s that….

Definitely needs so updating and modernizing.

Staff was great. Facility could use some upgrades. Worked for a one night stay awaiting our cruise.

The only good thing was the customer service from the gentleman at the desk.

It was close to my event and the property was well maintained. The only complain was that the rooms weren’t ready when we arrived.

Everyone was very kind. Room was large and clean. Very quite for being on a busy road. Breakfast was nice, and busy. Will stay there again.

Everything was excellent!!! The guy working night shift, he was such a vibe!!! Staffing was amazing. So friendly, breaking 10 out of fricken 10!!!

The breakfast was decent. Free parking is a plus. The only major issue was all the heavy-footed noise created by the visitors moving up and down the stairs, upper walkways, and in the room above. The walls are paper thin and I was staying on the first floor. If noise is an issue for you, probably best to request a room on the upper floor.
