Affordable nice Motel, I stay 3 nights for The Warped Tour, asked for an ADA room and it was very easy to access, the room, bed and sheets where clean, even the mattress was new, a nice coffee and bodega for drinks just across the street Maybe it would be convenient to put an extra padlock inside for more security at night since it is on an avenue with a lot of movement

Everything was clean and check in was smooth, lots of parking space and located in a convenient area. Bus stops are nearby and food spots. Maybe could use some extra pillows during stay

It was available on short notice Toilet didn't work. Room smelled like bad air freshener. Wasn't given WiFi code. No phone in room. Front desk barely spoke English

I got double charged. Booking.com charged me for the room. And the hotel.stated I was never charged. And wouldn't accept my booking number. So they charged me again. Honest managers. Now I need to dispute charges from being double charged.

Dirty floor, got out of the shower and my soles were black after a few steps. The ACs are noisy.

AC could have been better. The parking lot can be tight for some units.

Not much to like it was like entering a crack head neighborhood Everything our pillows were sponge bob ??‍♀️ the bed were so hard the shower had no curtain will never stay here again

I canceled my booking before accepting , I requested first floor which they assured me but when I arrived there the receptionist said none I should be in the second floor but I’m on a wheelchair, very frustrating

The location was a little scary and kept hearing people in the other rooms

being able to book it thru Booking dot com That was quick and easy. The overall cost vs where it was located I guess you get what you pay for. The room was very very basic. The bed was very uncomfortable. The pillows were not good at all. There was nothing in or about the room that would make me come back or recommend it.

The room was cleaned. The Wi-Fi didn’t work. The TV didn’t work. Could not get another badge for the room.

n/a Bugs in the room, decent beds, but very high off the ground. My daughter had a hard time getting in the bed.

This place is Very noisy inside and outside,at night cloud car passing sound. Check in desk is in a small room and no smile staff. Free parking. The other side of road there’s Landry ,they don’t do refound if you still have balance in Landry card

It's actually not that bad! My room is quite clean and specious, and the price is reasonable for one night The building is old and the front desk is not always available. Also they only provide WiFi for one electronic device you carry

Nothing In a terrible area

The motel looks run down on the outside but the room had been refurbished and was very clean.

The bed was hard as a slab of concrete. I like a firm mattress, but this was uncomfortably hard.
