Clean rooms and friendly staff.

Absolutely gross, it smelled so bad the walls looked like they have never been cleaned. Flower was super sticky. Just all around a dirty place and in a horrible location.

I will not be staying at this Inn again. No parking space, the room smelled horrible and when asked to move, they said there were no more rooms available. There was mold in the bathroom because there is no exhaust fan and the window is very small and high in reach. To finish it off, there is a carwash on the back of the Inn that starts making loud noise since 6am, and I mean loud. Also, the blankets and towels have stains. If you don’t believe me, check it out for yourself. Good luck!

When asked if I wanted a smoking room I said yes after which the attendant said no smoking on the ENTIRE property. Then why ask me? Later the next day I went about my business and returned to the motel as I wasn’t scheduled to check out until the following day. When I pulled up there was a man walking out of the residential area of the rental off whom i believed was the clerk from the previous day. He gave me a strange look as if to say whom are you staring at? At the same moment the gentleman who pulled up along side me shot me a dirty look smoking a cigarette as he parked the car. Flicking his cigarette on the ground and lighting up another cigarette. I believe that they’re the owners and operators of this motel and they can set and break their own rules as they see fit . However it sends a UNFAVORABLE message to anyone who stays there and I for one will never be patronizing them ever again .

The AC is super noise and insufficient. Parking ok.

Staff was very nice, nothing bad to say about the front desk staff at all-super nice. The rooms were a bit…dirty. The bed sheets used were not put on correctly. There was just a regular non fitted sheet to cover the mattress and that’s it. So if you moved, even a little bit, the entire mattress was exposed. The pillows were the same way. Not sanitary or clean. Bunch of pen marks on the bed sheets as well. The outside also had a sewer smell in certain corners of the property.

-My husband and I stayed here for a festival. I called the night before we were supposed to arrive to make sure we could leave our stuff and our car prior to check-in. Whoever I spoke to told me yes to both. I should note that it was pretty clear the person just wanted to get me off the phone and wasn't really listening. As someone who works in customer service, I get wanting to not talk on the phone long. I really do. But do the bare minimum, and answer questions please. -We arrive and are told that we cannot leave our car. So, we are delayed going to the concert and have to wait even though I was told we could leave it. -Our room reeked of cigarette smoke -Parts of the room were crusted in dirt. -Pretty sure the shampoo was body wash. -Mattress was disgusting. Save your money and stay at a Motel 6. And if that isn't available, sleep in your car or brave the elements. Those are better options than staying at this place.

Rooms always available and clean.

Even though the property was well maintained the rooms were not. The staff was kind of attentive. The towels smelled funny. However when we did get their attention they were attentive and accommodating.

This is a budget stay 100%. But it suited our needs for the night! Long Beach hotels are crazy expensive- this is definitely motel vibes but totally doable. Bed was clean and comfortable. AC was perfect. Had refrigerator and toiletries. Floor boards were pretty dirty and the other furniture (aside from the bed) was obviously old. If you’re not real picky this is an affordable spot!

It was a good value. People hanging out at night in the garages. They were loud and boisterous. Ice machine was broken.
