Room was very clean. Got early check in. No problems.

Overall the property was clean and maintained I really enjoyed my stay. I stayed with two kids it was a very small space but we enjoyed our trip and or was close to the beach and right next to major food places like the Loaded Diner nice breakfast and super friendly staff. We truly enjoyed our stay 🙏

Nothing like the Motel sex pictures on the website of course very disappointing very rundown horrible neighborhood. Illegal stuff going on in the parking lot very noisy. The staff was very friendly, but you could tell they really didn’t want to be there. Would not recommend this place for anyone, especially families.

We booked this Motel 6 due to high star rating & photos showing clean, maintained rooms. But our experience was nothing like what was advertised. From the moment we checked in-male front desk employee was unfriendly & unwelcoming. Room 103-in a dark corner of the property looked old, dirty, & poorly kept. Bedding-sheets & mattress cover had visible stains, pillows were so worn out & flat that they should have been replaced long ago. It took us nearly an hour to unload our belongings, secure our vehicle, & make sure nothing valuable was left in sight due to surrounding area- felt unsafe, w/sketchy activity & people walking around. After seeing condition of the room, I returned to the front desk to request a refund. Instead of being understanding, same employee responded in a condescending tone, w/I was “complaining after an hour.” He refused to give refund but moved us to Room 125-slightly better but still had worn bedding & outdated fixtures that clearly need replacing. As we walked across parking lot to new room, the front desk employee spoke to guests standing on 2nd floor, asked if everything was okay & proceeded to tell them about my complaint-very unprofessional! Sharing a guest’s concerns w/other customers was not good! I will never stay at this Motel 6 again. I called Hotels.com, but Rep Meera didn’t resolve issue or give the $30 credit. This property was misleading compared to its online photos, customer service was poor- accommodations didn’t meet expectation.

I did not stay there it felt unsafe and I just bought a new vehicle. I need my money refunded. I drove home

Air conditioning was dusty, but it worked.

The hotel is well used. Sheets are kinda stained, paint is chipping, bathroom door handle loose, shower curtain moldy and shower head covered in calcium scales. There is a lot of foot traffic from people coming and going throughout the night from our neighbors room. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, the staff was great, it wasn’t far from the beach, the restaurant next door was good. I’d probably stay there again since I only used the room to shower and sleep.

I liked when I’d asked at front desk if we can parking tow cars ..! Becky’s we where comes from diferente city . Right a way he said yes no problem 😊

Friendly staff and clean rooms N/a loved everything

It was clean, the beds were comfortable and we liked the small table and bench for the kids. They moved us to a room that had a mini fridge and microwave, which was really important to us since we would have our own breakfast in the room. We also really appreciated that pets were allowed. We liked that it was on the 1 highway, that made things convenient, and it's also close to the beach and supermarkets. It's definitely not the coziest, though we didn't expect it to be. Bathroom is very small and my 6'5" husband bonked his head several times on the curved curtain rod and was too tall for the shower head. I don't understand why we can't have a hose one. The freezer bit in the fridge was also crazy frosted and I had to clean it up to make things fit, but it refrosted around them really quickly. It's also pretty noisy, you'll hear people outside your door and above you.

This hotel was cheap for reason.There were cockroaches.I've never stayed in a hotel with cockroaches and it was totally unacceptable.I could not get comfortable at all as I had a cruise.The next morning there were cockroaches in the bathroom.When I showered awful

Run down furniture looked like water damaged, cockroaches in room small and large ,ac was ok ,bathroom was accessible and roomy no lights were left on .criminal activity and no one was watching property

Cheap for a night. Close to cruise terminal A lot of smoking in the rooms and very noisy

It was a dump. Uber would not pick me up.

The place wasn't ready when we arrived. Which isnt to bad. But earlier in the day they told us that early check in was possible and we paid for that service.

The guest above us kept running around the room at all hours of the night. The floors were very dirty we walked barefooted after a shower and our feet turned black.
