Close to great restaurants and clubs. Beds decently comfortable. Could be cleaner but not gross. Smart tv is nice

Clean motel, great air conditioning , groceries stores and restaurants nearby.

Price. The area. But you get what u pay for.

filthy floor, hair in and around bathroom sink. No paper or plastic glasses to drink anything with. No wash cloths. No coffee maker. No lighting at bedside table to read with. Sticky floor. No cloths hangers to hang clothing.

That When I called the person answering, the phone said I had to go through Hotels.com and said good luck with that. Later, I got the response that the hotel denied canceling the reservation. I would’ve been perfectly happy just to change the date to a different date. Service between the hotel and Hotels.com was horrible.

Booked online, took a $40 Uber to get there, no staffers, sign on window said no vancancies? Well that was odd being that i was able to book, and noone answered the phone, had to fight with Expedia to get my money back, I do not recommend.

The location is great lots of close activities. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything in the rooms around you...EVERYTHING. The hot water doesn't work unless you ask the office and small parking lot.

The location Reception was always 5mins away? Phone number no good for my English phone. Emailed I was going to be late originally 8pm which I let them know. I’d emailed say more 10:30pm but got there at 9:45pm waited a hour. Went to go see shop open for food and drinks came back and by chance the door around corner was showing life so I braved the reaction and knocked on door. By chance he got me a key this closer to midnight after a long uk flight. WiFi didn’t work. As I said good location ok room shame key issues

Old toilet , the mattress covers , pillows sheets and blankets are old too. It time to get replace.

It is a fairly new facility. It was kept up and clean. The parking is kind of tight.

The room was fairly clean, but definitely weathered. We had to run the AC through the night to mask the street noise. The mattress was very comfortable.

The rooms smell of smoke and urine and the bedding is from the 1970s ,also the beds are double beds ,not Queen or King. Bars on all the windows and rude staff banging on the door 5 mins past check out. Hotels. Com should not even be supporting this property, it is horrible.
