The breakfast was falsely advertised and didn’t exist. Roaches in the room, handicap parking ignored by management with an oversized maintenance truck blocking the space every night, scratches on my vehicle, and house staff entering before 7:00 am because a guest couldn’t get dressed fast enough to answer a faint knock. And to start it off, I got a call saying, “I’m calling because you have a reservation with us and I’m trying to see when you’re going to show up. Yes, this is the Executive Inn in Longview, TX. You have a prepaid reservation, and I’m calling to find out if you’re going to arrive.” When I finally got there, I was told she was about to go home and it would be a courtesy for me to provide.

Value for the money. No food available however and the owner was a bit grumpy.

Staff was friendly and helpful, room was clean and cozy, ice machines were easy to located They do advertise a breakfast that they don’t have and no coffee maker in the room, but honestly not a big issues for us

General location for our visit. Quick access to everything. TV worked but the remote didn't. And when we did get it to work, the TV was only good for one channel. Difficult to get in and out of the bathroom.

Everything was great That it say it have breakfast and when you get here they tell you they don't. But beside that I loved it

People walking around that have/are doing drugs. Multiple roaches from within 2 hours of being in the room. Multiple attempts to contact property manager by phone and online with no response.
