Every single person working at the hotel was exceptional: willing to help in any way, pleasant, and always professional. They will go above and beyond to make sure you're stay is memorable. Loved the property, all the staff I encountered were exceptional! Pool was quiet, very clean and great location. Very relaxing and felt very safe traveling solo.

This place was a bit run down. The room and the property wasn’t very clean. The staff was awesome though. Very attentive and went above and beyond- just think the hotel needs a bit of a facelift

Amazing property. Beautiful in all senses, the pool was large and deep so you could actually swim, they had a problem with the room type I was going to stay in and they upgraded me to this incredible suite (like a one bedroom apartment. Staff couldn’t have been nicer.

Hotel and pool area are beautiful. Property is very quiet. Restaurant looked overpriced and fairly basic so we did not eat there.

We got upgraded to a suite with a sitting area and full kitchen. The room was beautiful and so comfortable to sit and watch College football. Close to UCLA campus where our son goes to school. Very fairly priced! Will definitely stay again.

This hotel is absolutely gorgeous. I stayed in a room that was not exactly located inside the hotel, there are no elevators there. One could consider it an inconvenience. However, I did love the bed, the pillows, and the shower head pressure. The staff was amazing helping with the suitcases up and down the stairs and helpful with anything else. The restaurant was very cozy. I had dinner and breakfast there. Overall, I was very impressed at how beautiful everything was in this hotel. I plan to return, next time in LA.

The hotel was fine. Got a small room and living space with it. For something in a place like Beverly Hills, it was pretty basic
