Beverly Hills Plaza Hotel & Spa

Everyone was so kind. This trip was booked last munite when my dad was in the hospital. Saul at the bar was great! The valets were excellent asking how my dad was doing and also when I came back one night and my rental car was making noises they figured out what it was and fixed it for me! They went above and beyond! Thank you!

Great hotel, only problem is the sheets and bedding were super hard and over bleached.

Staff was exceptional along with spa staff. Very comfortable along with everything you needed to feel right at home. Atmosphere was just a great feel all around. Coming back next time visiting LA. Parking was great! Came and went easily at all hours.

I loved this hotel. Such a beautiful and elegant atmosphere. The staff was above and beyond helpful. My favorite amenity was the salt water pool. I feel rejuvenated after staying here :)

This property was a perfect pick for us because of the convenience of the onsite restaurant, close to Rodeo Drive, and the spa services/accommodations. Great stay!

Staff is extremely attentive and kind. Restaurant is a little pricey but the food is fantastic so it is worth it. very clean property with fantastic rooms. will come back again!

We have come over the years many times at this property while our daughter was attending UCLA. It is a nice location, excellent amenities, and nice ambiance. The garden suite had a few stairs which was ok for a short stay and light luggage.

The property was lovely we stayed during April, clean and the staff were lovely. The hotel itself was very nice, the room was upkept well and the aircon worked perfectly Not necessarily the property itself but if you haven’t been to LA before, the distance between the hotel and major landmarks was not really walkable, you will definitely need a way of transport. Also quite inaccessible to public transport. However this is not exclusive to the hotel, this is everywhere in LA.

The staff were amazing. Carlos, Sam, and the rest of the crew were extremely helpful and resolved issues quickly and effectively. They were kind and caring and truly made our stay exceptional. The room was large, well appointed, and very clean. If we come back to LA, I would love to stay at this property again.

I was eligible for an upgrade. There were upgrades available, it was a seamless transition. Staff was very professional, warm and accommodating

Rooms were very clean and roomy with separate sitting room and bedroom. Pool and hottub were heated, well kept and available. Staff was attentive to any requests that I had while staying at the hotel. Would highly recommend
