The room was pretty big and clean.the receptionist was very nice and helpful We enjoyed our stay

NO and that we were leaving. Also had no idea that we are not allowed to have visitors while staying here. If you have visitors they will kick you out! No where on Expedia did they warn me of this. I rented this hotel for a professional conference that I had attended from 9-6. I was not happy when I returned to a hot hotel room infested with ants and my key card wouldn’t work. They said no smoking allowed but a worker or the mother of a worker kept smoking by the rooms and the smoke would come straight into my room. I was to stay a full week. I left after one night.

Air conditioner was extremely noisy and the compressor sounded like it was going to die every time it turned on, this property is infested with Ants, from the pool outside to the rooms inside. No food was brought into the room but they were everywhere, floors, sinks, bathtub, sink counters. TV is small and not smart, parking is very limited.

Pool was lovely, place was clean and spacious. It was also good that it was close to shops. Could do with some larger or normal sized pillows and towels. Whole room was renovated and updated except these.

I like to stay here because the rooms are very spacious, clean and comfortable. We also enjoy that this inn is not big therefore they don't have a big crowed of guest. Its safe and staff are friendly. Only down side that is near the freeway and might be a bit noisy. I don't mind a little noice so, I do recommend this inn specially for families as I feel its in a safe location and the place feels safe which is most important in my opinion.

They need to discount pricing for Senoirs..

Clean and comfortable. Could use new bath towels. They were too too thin.

Parking was full hot water didn't last shower head was also broken with a do not use sign with duct tape on it microwave was very dirty

Convenient to freeway. Short drive to CSUN. They were doing construction on the street just outside, but only during the day, so no issues at night. Parking was limited.

Not sure I did. Parking spaces incredibly small. Homeless sleeping in parking spaces. Must have thin walls cause I could hear everything coming from rooms around me.

Close to fwy. Clean and quiet Everything was great

This place is not worth what they charge. Curtains were torn, no toilet paper holder and it is next to a freeway. We will not be back .
