The pool was lovely, the palm tree gave it a friendly tropical feel. The staff was always helpful, especially when I needed help carrying my bag up or down the stairs, as there was no elevator.

I have stayed here multiple times and every time has been great. GOOD: *Staff is friendly and helpful. *Right next to Dollar Tree and a gas station. *Short walk/drive from other stores and restaurants such as Del Taco, 7-11, and Vons. *Rooms are clean and very spacious, especially for the price. *Plenty of parking both in front and in the gated back area. *Bed is comfortable. BAD: *Internet can be spotty at times, forcing me to use my phone as a hotspot when I wanted to use my PC. *Although the rooms are clean, they defintely could use a touch up, as I have seen holes and small cracks, as well as stains on the walls. * Although rare, the fridges can be inconsistent even after adjusting the temps, so I end up with either a melted ice cream sandwich or my water bottle turned into an ice brick. *Room design is inconsistent, as some will have a newer television, large shower head or a wall mounted a/c unit controller while others have a basic showerhead or a regular a/c unit with worn out button pads. Overall, if you are on a budget and need a good place to stay in the San Fernando Valley, I highly would recommend this inn. For the price, you get great friendly staff, a spacious room with comfortable bed, a pool, and plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Despite its flaws, I would definitely stay here again.

Very peaceful, safe and nice place to stay

I’ve never seen so many spiders and bugs in one hotel room until I stayed here. The staff were extremely rude! Extremely! I wouldn’t recommend anyone ever staying here!

Staff really friendly, but rooms were not clean, found a dead roach behind dresser, wife woke up with bites on her legs, looked like bed bug bites. Inspected the room for bed bugs did not find any. I do not recommend staying here at all.

For the night with old crusty vape under bedding I discovered as I laid down

room was availabe, but expensive for what you get. in the room, the bed was fine, but not enough pillows for 2 adults. the shower worked fine awful overhead lighting, no lamps on nite tables- bare bones room. no ammenities available. towels were tiny and thread bare, No breakfast availabe, nor coffee in lobby. Some nasty coffee available in the room, but coffee maker wasnt working. The TV needs work, the remote would not shut off the tV, We had to unplug it to shut off the screen. . Very expensive for what we received. ....Also- the emergency exits were locked!!!
