There was not hot water.

During one night of my stay, I saw approximately 7–10 cockroaches in the room. Then they would run and hide into small areas were you couldn’t get them. I wanted to share this so future guests are aware and so management can address the issue. This needs to be addressed.

Sadly not the a good experience, the hotel was not clean. Parking was super tight and not all spots were available for parking. We had to park in a charging area, were out car could get towed. This place had thinnnnn walls, we could hear the rooms around us. The carpet entering the hotel was extremely dirty. The room smelled like smoke as we arrived . There were bugs on the bed. We had to check out early. I do not recommend this place at all.

Cheap Bugs, bathroom lock did not work, small towels for bathing.
-
The room that we had the window did not close, The room also stank.

The place is a very cool older hotel. Unfortunately the place is in poor shape and the staff are not very helpful or concerned. The bed was comfortable but room was poor. Garfitti in the bathroom, furnature was in poor shape, holes in ceiling. internet did not work. It is sad because as a person who has flipped several houses, like 600-750 bucks really could have turned this room around. could have removed popcorn ceiling and updated paint, new curtains and fixtures and just a simple couple of pieces of furnature and new hallow core bathroom door moved have really made a difference. The court yard super old school and could be cool good have a boost. grass cut etc but know thought just maintainance. For someone like me who likes the old school independent hotel experience so much potential for a boutique offer but they are chasing the dollar vs investing in customer services and holding out for a less who ever has a dollar client.

Easy check in and out.

Room was dirty. Shower was cold. Sketchy people all around. And the bed had a lot of yellow and brown and black stains on it. Hallways smelled like mold and the parking area was horrific. At least the ac worked. The room also smelled weird.

Nothing It always asking for additional charges

The room has no power on some of the outlets. The next early morning there was only hot water NO cold water. My wife couldn't use the shower. The guy at the receptions came to help restore the power on the night we checked in. Also, there was insect came out of the room once i opened the door.

To give a one star review is me being nice. This Inn/hotel/motel/residence should be condemned by the state of California. The owners of this facility should not be allowed to operate any business. This Inn is advertising new rooms, free Wi-Fi and morning coffee. I would love to know what the new rooms look like because as you walk in to these residential rooms, the smell of mold and mildew is overpowering. The bathroom is covered in mold. Every inch of tile has mold. The shower curtain has holes on it. The curtains have holes in them. The sun rays come in through the curtains. The windows do not lock anybody could push the window open at any given time. The floor felt like it was gonna give away and I was on the first floor. The beds were cockeyed, not aligned or flush to the wall. They were offset and you couldn’t fix them. I unfortunately had three families book with me at that Inn and the problems were just unhinged. One room did not have power ,no power whatsoever. My other family member their room. The shower had no water pressure and the toilet had no water in it so it was unusable. The pictures online are very deceiving. I’m pretty sure they have family members and friends go and give them good reviews because I do not see how in the hell this place is still in operations. I did ask the lady at the front desk of this was a residential building and she said “No”. I would’ve given zero stars, but it wouldn’t let me I had to at least give it one.

I do believe that it wouldn't take a lot of work or money to make it happen, it needs a better way to make it feel clean and attractive.

We didn’t stayed here. Very poor location. Not a safe location, we didn’t even checked in. I had to cancel my stay because the location was not safe for anyone with a family to stay.

They are so sweet and treat you like family here. They plant flowers in the courtyard and keep the area n pool area so clean and well managed. At first I was like it’s cheap it’s going to be rundown with people running all around. BOY was I wrong don’t judge a book by its cover. It’s a little quiet serene hotel. I will definitely choose this hotel when I needing long stays and cheap rates.
