Good and helpful receptionist

Great customer service. The night security and the kitchen staff were great!

We stay anyway because we already had other people from our group staying here. The staff was somewhat helpful, but when I asked for where my room was to park in front of it, I was given wrong information. The breakfast was the same Saturday and Sunday morning.

Comfortable room at a fair price - what more could you want? I do wish they hadn't started charging for parking, but it's LA - hard to get away from that anymore.

Pool and other amenities were just for face value.

Clean and spacious rooms for a family of 4, beds were comfortable, plenty of storage, staff were friendly, Tesla chargers onsite, parking for a fee, gym, pool was open til 10pm, but the best part was the breakfast! It’s included and they had a great selection… eggs, omelettes, sausage, bacon, potatoes, fresh make your own pancakes, cinnamon rolls, oatmeal with toppings, cereals, Greek yogurt, fruits, & fresh coffee for each person!

The only decent place in the area.

Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the room. The biggest issue was the strong old cigar smell, which lingered throughout our stay. The bathroom floors didn’t seem properly cleaned, and the corners along the bottom of the walls looked dirty. We also found a cricket in the room, and there was a noticeable stain on the carpet. I was traveling with my three children, including my 11-month-old baby, and I didn’t even feel comfortable letting him crawl on the floor because it didn’t seem clean. Overall, the room felt old and could really use a thorough deep cleaning.
