New Casa Motel Los Angeles

I had a great experience staying at New Casa Motel. The staff is always kind, friendly, and welcoming, which made me feel comfortable during my stay. I also want to give a special thank you to the cleaning lady, she does an amazing job! The rooms are kept very clean, and you can tell she takes pride in her work. The room was well-equipped with a mini fridge, microwave, and a full bathroom with both a shower and a bathtub, which made my stay even more comfortable. I really appreciate everyone’s hard work and hospitality. Thank you! The only downsides were that all of the rooms are smoking rooms, so there is a noticeable cigarette smell and the towels looked stained even though they smelled clean. I also learned that the motel now only allows service dogs and is no longer pet-friendly. I have stayed here before with my two well-behaved dogs. They have never damaged the room or had any accidents, and the staff kindly allowed us to stay. I appreciate that very much, and I hope it won’t be a problem if I need to stay here again in the future.

The parking lot, because it is lighted and has cameras. The bed because it feels like a real pricey hotel bed and is super comfy! The small refrigerator and microwave because I got to make some food. And the location, because it looks clean on the inside and its hidden. The towels are clean but are off white. Small cigarette burn marks on the bedding from previous guests. The walls are thin and you can hear the other guests in the rooms next door.

The beds are hard. If you have an iPhone there’s very bad cellar reception. That was the reason I checked out because Netflix wasn’t loading up and my phone was take forever to load up everything

It is a little oasis of tidy property in this terrible area of LA. We had 2 days event near University, so we needed to stay close by. Room was clean and cute, good for overnight sleep. Little grocery shop is just at the corner and McDonalds is 2 min drive. Free parking, hidden from the main street and visible from the room. Some rooms are under renovation, but it was not bothering us. People are the ones who ruin everything. People next door were listening music very loud till late night and started again at 4AM!!! So we did not sleep at all, but this is not hotel fault.

Wow! I've stood in several hotels, but the bed in this one, was the best! I'm experiencing chronic shoulder pain and haven't had good sleep for a while, but here, I slept all night and woke up with little pain!! I'm honestly coming back here even if it's for a nice day away from home! Thank you to the daughter and Dad that assisted me!! ? I also have to mention that I have two support puppies with me and they're pet ?? friendly! Thanks Again

It was newly renovated and exceptionally clean. It’s a little further out than I intended to stay.

Terrible Plumbing was a mess. It smelled horrible

The office staff were nice. That's it. DIRTY! FILTHY! DUST! I took a shower and walked to the bed, and my feet were dark grey from the floor. I had to put a towel down and wipe the floors off. The cleaning staff who seemed to live there, that's fine; however, they were horrendously mean. Blasting music all night, they had a gathering every night I was there, and kept yapping and carrying on. I asked for a new room away from their living area to not cause tension, but I was denied. The office said they would talk to them. Well, that made them mad because at 8 am they started blasting music while starting to clean, despite check out being at 10:30 AM. Every time they saw me, I got dirty looks. Also, the bed had no fitted sheets. just a mattress cover, and the TV was off the wall, propped on a table.

Good customer service, and the check-in/out timing was excellent No complaints

Staffs were accommodating and nice! The room for a cheap price is pretty decent for me for short stay The shower has heater Parking is a plus! There were things that the management cannot control (it happens and it's normal in the business). First, there is a couple who had a major and massive altercation from their room to the parking area. The lady start throwing things against her boyfriend and the guy start slamming the door of his car. I guess someone reported them and police came. They were shouting and caused disturbance. Second, I'm not sure if I heard a tire that exploded or a gunshot outside the motel's vicinity. Third, intermittent sirens like every hour disrupted my sleep. Lastly, my instinct felt like the area was sketchy. Musty odor when you turn on the AC but that smell was gone after 15 minutes No free coffee.
