Kings Castle Motel

The motel has easy public transit to BMO Stadium and LAX. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room also had everything that I needed. The AC worked, bed was comfortable, tap water tasted quite good and the shower had good pressure. Unfortunately, the room didn’t seem to have undergone any cleaning for a long time beyond sweeping, toilet cleaning, fresh sheets and towels. There was graffiti on the headboard and in the bathroom, the microwave and fridge hadn’t been cleaned, most of the furniture was broken, doors and walls were crumbling and the bathroom vanity is a mildewed health hazard that should be removed completely. I had to leave a window open or I would get sinus pain and wheezing. The price was right and I would stay there again if not for the mildew, which was quite incredible. The room would not be good for someone with asthma that hasn’t packed many antibacterial wipes or visited places that need bars on windows and doors and spiked fences.

best for homeless people. cleanliness is zero even the bed sheets were dirty . very suffocating and horrible place to stay .

They kept my 80$ and they never gave it to me They stoked my money and told me to hit booking and I still haven’t got it back

You get for what you pay, without a doubt my check-in was at 2 in the afternoon and by 3 pm when I arrived it was not ready yet and I had to wait almost 1 more hour, the place was comfortable, the light went out at times, the area is a little dangerous but that is not the hotel's fault I guess so you must walk carefully

This place isn't too bad if you can get past some very important factors. Location is the biggest limiting factor because I had been woken up to gun shots and glass shattering from the main street and people's car alarms. Parking is limited and if you park on the streets nearby, you leave your car to the mercy of south central LA. I mean this area is not for the faint of heart. I was genuinely surprised by how spacious the room was, A/C blows cold and the water was hot with great pressure. Staff is helpful and I didn't have any complaints from the other hotel guests. Also the airport is relatively close and for the price it's a great one night stay. Just don't expect to walk around in the area, this place is not gentrified and possibly never will. Uber will be your friend for non-car visitors. Oh and if you go up the street there is a nice park near the university of southern California with some cool museums.

This was a room that I booked last minute due to my original hotel booking having an issue, so I wasn’t expecting much. Kings castle is most definitely a place to stay if you need a room. Not really much amenities. Ac didn’t work in my room. Thankfully the weather wasn’t that hot. Some bug was most definitely biting on me in my sleep :/ if you desperately need a place to stay or need something cheap, this place is the best for that. Don’t book here expecting luxury. This a place to sleep, that’s it. Not complaining or dragging, just tryna be honest.
