We had a reservation and was told as we’re pulling into the venue by being shoo’ed away by a man holding a toddler and was told that the room we reserved is not available and the other rooms had plumbing issues. We stated we have a reservation and he told us no reservations available anymore. Very unprofessional and rude!

It was pretty friendly staff a nice stay but wasn’t that nice could use a lot of upgrades but for the price wasn’t that bad just the area and the type of people staying there make you feel nervous

This was a dirty, cheap, dangerous hotel. I felt scared for my life staying here. Would never come back.

The people at the front desk were pretty friendly It was disgusting. There was hair everywhere and stains on the bedding. We had to take them off to sleep. The bathtub was also gross.

Staff was great and attentive. Great price and great distance from BMO. I would stay here again.

this place is horrible they had bed bugs and when i showed them videos of the bed bugs they didn’t care and claimed it wasn’t from here and wouldn’t give a refund and said the most they can give me back is $20

Air conditioner works Needed 2 extra towels to be able to shower but was denied of towels since "we had enough in the room", we only had one large and one small. Side tables from the beds were dusty and dirty. Beds only had 2 very flat pillows and there was noise all night outside, you wont get a good night sleep here.

Unfortunately this was not the cleanest or nicest room. Bed sheets and pillow cases had stains. Bed frame has some type of stains close to the bed. The toilet had stains around the seat. The floor had random trash lying around. The “front desk” weren’t friendly, made me feel like I was bothering them when I tried to check in. My boyfriend and I bought our own bed sheets and disinfectant after we walked into the room

There were bed bugs and I got bit multiple times

Couple of bed bugs found on 1 of the 2 beds, so we had to all sleep on 1 bed.

Horrible experience, didn’t end up spending the night there and was denied a refund. They tried to keep my deposit but I waited till they gave it to me. The room had no microwave, mini fridge; had burnt blankets, dirty curtains, couldn’t open the window, the AC didn’t work, the tv remote couldn’t change the input so all I was able to put was whatever was on the antenna. And the room just smelled musky had to leave the door wide open to try and cope with it but didn’t end up staying the night just wasn’t the right feel wasn’t comforting or relaxing. And the AC filter was dirty.

Rooms were not so great. The key was only good for 24 hrs, which they never told us. The area was horrible. Could not understand what the person at check in was saying. The A/c, Heater was very loud and didn't work so well. could hear everything outside the room.

No fridge or microwave in tge room I stayed

Nothing The location the bedspread was nasty dirty the head board was dirty and stand the paint was scratched off the walls the chair was nasty it had something all in the seat it was gross he lied and said he didn't have another room but when I said I was leaking he told me he had another room when he showed it to me it was very clean but it smelled like throw up

The staff and receptionist are very friendly and helpful!
