This is a run down, fleabag, flop house. It's dirty. The towels are old and very thin. The photographs they use on Expedia are from a different motel. The terms and conditions are different online them when you arrive. The neighborhood is very dangerous. The motel clerk is behind bullet proof glass and you have to do business from the outside through a sliding metal drawer. There is no ice machines but if you want a prostitute there's one on site for your pleasure.

Modern and clean interior, and close enough to USC The area does have much to offer within walking distance and it doesn’t seem safe to be out at night. The street noise is random depending on the obnoxious loud cars.

The staff members were rude in their communication. The place is okay, but a bit in a scary location.

Disappointed.

The hotel was nice and clean. The area around was a little sketchy at night, but fine during the daytime. The staff was a bit hard to communicate with but not rude.

The employee of the hotel is terrible. They’re so racist and I don’t use that word often.

I didn't like that I was asked every day what time I was leaving. I was only there foe 3 nights and was perfectly content to not have the bedding changed daily, but I was unable to refuse, and was asked each day what time I was leaving.

Staff wasn’t very welcoming/friendly, didn’t communicate hotel policies very clearly and each staff member you we spoke to said something different. Rooms are cleaned at odd times and they make you leave the room each morning of your stay to do room service, but after leaving our room for 2 hours our room still hadn’t been serviced and our only options offered were to wait in a different empty room or just take fresh towels without a cleaning. Found a dirty dirty diaper from previous guests inside our room on the day of check in. It’s an okay hotel if you just need somewhere to stay that’s close to BMO stadium but not worth it otherwise.

Well lit parking area. The room was nicely decorated for the price point and was very clean. Good water pressure! Minor complaint: towels were thin and worn so you might want to bring your own.

The cleaness The staff where very discriminating I am a pregnant white female my boyfriend is a biracial male and we booked on booking and came in person they denied us we even offered to pay extra and all they were yelling at us

When I asked for an extra pillow, I was told “later,” and the staff member walked away without further acknowledgment. Upon entering our room, we were hit with a strong mildew smell. The hand towels provided were visibly dirty, so I returned to the front desk to request clean ones. I watched as the staff member pulled out towel after towel—all visibly used and dirty—before finally retrieving a clean one from a separate closet. We were informed that mandatory room cleanings would occur. After ours, the sheets had been replaced—but with new ones that had a large black stain right in the center. The bed itself was extremely uncomfortable, the sheets were paper-thin, and the pillows were completely flat. Later that night, while we were showering, the electricity went out. When we stepped outside to see what was happening, the hotel manager was present but said absolutely nothing to us. At checkout, again, not a single word was spoken—no goodbye, no thank you, no acknowledgment whatsoever. Between the rude staff, poor hygiene, strong odor of mildew, and uncomfortable, substandard bedding, this was a deeply unpleasant stay. I would strongly advise against booking this hotel under any circumstances.

The room was really comfortable and had a big fridge and a nice bed The neighborhood around the area was a little concerning. Didn't feel dangerous was just neglected.

I like the comfort of the room. Love the space; hate the TV size; hate the front desk clerk THE FRONT DESK CLERK! The MAN that got bothered that I booked through booking.com

This hotel is in the middle of a homeless camp. The pictures are nothing like it looks. Everything is dirty, broken and we didn’t see anything except open doors on every room. We pulled in, tried to cancel and a maid came and told us no refunds. Nobody will get back to me. This hotel is dangerous, dirty and nobody should even drive in the area.
