The lobby was filthy, the staff didn't give a hoot, the hallways were very hot, the sheets and towels were rough on the skin. Room keys kept deactivating. Temperature in the elevators was hot. The cleaners were very nice and attentive. Room service was good. There was no lunch available in the restaurant nor dinner. The school Village was a disgrace, not a decent restaurant. It was all fast food type. This was a Radisson Hotel, that USC threw splash of paint, did some remodeled in the bathrooms, but left the horrible doors and the blackout curtains were full of holes from loosing their backing. The only good thing about this place were the robes in the closet. If you are looking for somewhere decent to stay, this is not the place. This Hotel is not what you want unless you are lacking good taste. The entire place needs an overhaul. Not even if they pay me to stay at this crappy hotel, will I stay there, ever, ever again. I give it a big ZERO.

Our room is facing back and has noise from the nearby freeway. For a light sleeper, it can be a problem at night.

The staff is probably the most rude I’ve dealt with at a hotel, both gentlemen I interfaced with were quite unpleasant and not helpful.
