The property was nice, clean, great location, staff was friendly and helpful. It's not a hotel that will drop your jaw, and for the price during the holiday weekend, it was high in my opinion, but I understand it was the 4th of July weekend. No complaints overall except for the price.

2. No chair in the room, so bed or sofa is the only place to use laptop 3. Lights in the room is dark

Was visiting for a concert. Front desk and all staff were very polite and helpful. Cleaning staff were all friendly when passing them. Room was nice, clean and very comfortable.

My stay was comfortable and met all my needs. Rooms were clean, spacious, quiet and staff were attentive.

A nice bonus was the selection of wine and beer in the refrigerated section near the front desk, offered at very reasonable prices. I would stay here again on my next visit to the USC campus.

Staff was great. Beds were comfortable. Shower water pressure was horrible and my first room's carpet was soaked due to a leaking shower.

I was moved twice because the TV NEVER WORKED. I CALLED THE FRONT DESK AND THEY MOVED ME TO A HANDICAP ROOM WHERE THAT TV NEVER WORKED AS WELL.SMH!!¡

Most of the staff was nice. One guy was rude and condescending. The keys constantly had to be reprogrammed.
