Staff is very respectful and kind! Would recommend place to anyone visiting, or kpop concerts is close to BMO stadium and about and hour away in bus to Sofi Stadium!

This is a fantastic hotel for USC visits. The room rates are amazing, and the facility is dated but serviceable. For USC area visits I’d definitely go back.

1st time staying here. Great location. There is a starbucks and Jersey Mikes Sub nearby. Close to Dodger stadium. Uber during rush hour was about 50 minutes or so. Has self parking. Great amenities and clean room. Spacious. Had a mini fridge as well. Close to freeways.

Everything was great. The only complaint is the tub/shower. The hight when stepping out is scary even with the grab bar.

I arrived a couple of hours before and the staff let me check in early. They were really nice and helpful. Amazing service. I will be staying at the hotel again.

We arrived to a clean room with every amenity one could possibly need. I can’t recommend the USC Hotel higher. At checkout we realized that we had received a parking ticket because we thought the one number on the rental car fob was the license plate number…we were wrong. I returned to the front desk where Krista was so helpful. She looked up our file and saw our mistake and offered to help us contest the parking ticket. Wow! That is customer service! She told me it is not a grantee that it will work but having someone willing to help a guest to that extent is rare and greatly appreciated. Every employee we encountered was splendid although we really do want to give special recognition to Christian and Krista and thank them for going the extra mile for us. We look forward to staying at the USC Hotel again soon.

Nice clean room. The receptionist was very nice and I’m sure he didn’t have control over it, but it took about 30 minutes to get checked in while standing in a very hot lobby. I don’t think the AC was on in the lobby, hallways, elevators etc. Besides that, it was a very nice stay within walking distance to everything we needed over the weekend.

We had a small issue with person that wasn’t supposed to be there, otherwise, it was a fantastic stay, and the staff are wonderful!

Everything was excellent except the breakfast. It was very disappointing and should not be advertised as a full breakfast. There were no hot food options—not even eggs, hash browns, or potatoes. Even the old items were very basic and not good.

Great location close to USC. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and well-maintained, though on the older side. Buffet breakfast at McKay's was not great.

Staff members were helpful and friendly. Hotel was very clean and welcoming. Our room was nice but could use an update. There were lots of wear and tear (the office chair, head boards). Will stay again but hoping for renovations before my next stay there.

My safe wasn’t working or bolted down. Room decor is 70s and need drastic update. Upper floor rooms need soundproof windows.

I like that hotel is close to UsC campus. Makes stay very convenient!
