I was able to check in at 2am I was greeted with the most rudest wake up ever. When I asked about late check out he demanded the money in a very demeaning way and threatened to call the cops on me. Assuming I was squatting. I also asked them for time to get ready and they kept saying no, I had to block the door with my foot because I didn’t have clothes on. I had to change my pad with the door open. I am traumatized and reconsidering using booking ever again after this. After I left the hotel, one of the staff members started cutting grass near the bus stop me and this other girl were at. And she called him out. He started spewing religious stuff and calling me a baby killer. I have a short video of his inappropriate behavior. I’ll be writing a review on TikTok as well. Thank you. Also the bed sheets were dirty but I was too tired to care because I missed my flight 3 times due to system errors, I already pretty much had a horrible time traveling to LA and this was the icing to the cake. I shouldn’t have to pay for insurance.
