All the other places were booked it was abit far from where i wanted to be but but happy with the price and room Place is abit old so dont expect too much it is after all abput $100 a night i. Noticed floors were pretty dirty i like to take off my shows i. Doors and my socks was like my sneaker after walking on it for a bit

I was able to leave This place is a staging platform for prostitutes and pimps. They go back-and-forth on earth.

Check-in was simple, the room was very clean, air conditioning worked well and there was a fridge and a microwave which isn’t listed on amenities. Room is mostly dark in daylight. Other guests were loud during late/early hours, although I know owner doesn’t have control over that.

No breakfast. From desk person be more friendly and courteous..no soap or shampoo..good thing I always carry some..no place to put soap or shampoo,,I have to put it at the floor. No ice at property..

How as a front desk will you not be able to see if someone had a booking in advance? You're at the front desk. I was charged twice and the front desk said it was not his fault, he said you should've told me. He took both of my payments and said I am losing money so I could not refund you. The screaming couple was also a nuisance. Will not stay here again. Very unprofessional.

Cheaper than motel 6 It caught on fire and management didn’t even knock on my door. The night before, a man wearing only a thong was outside the premises trying to get my attention. Way too far from down town and only offer 1 WiFi accessory code access

The facility and room are well cared for and super clean, my two main concerns. The staff is great. Close to the Expo Metro train line to get to DTLA or west to Santa Monica Beach.

Nothing Everything, there was pimps, hookers, and cops everywhere

of course no refund. Left phone charger in the room by mistake, but they never contacted us. Parking. we drive an SUV, we had parking, but the parking space was so small that we could not get out of the car. a nice guy came and moved his car so we had a better space. the room was ok, , but no closet to hang close anywhere.

Very clean and neat. The free wifi was nice but they only allow 2 device to connect to it. The walls were thin. We could hear next door people having sex and them screaming. There were also very little parking space. The bed was also very squeaky if you move around just a little.

The bathroom sink was mouldy The parking is small so people are fighting to get a spot Earplug required

It was comfortable, very cold AC, good for what you pay just to sleep. The parking is so small you have a hard time parking, had to get out from only one side since the door couldn't be open.

Very comfortable bed, clean room and cool ceiling painting. Good shower and the mirror in the room was very impressive. Good for selfies ? WiFi was not great but we didn't need it much so no biggy.

Location was down the road from the event we attended. Parking space was minimal, but not bad.
