Comfort Inn Louisville Southwest

Location was great. Breakfast was really Good too. Price was great too ! My only 2 complaints was that the beds are not comfortable at all. The mattress was very sunken in the middle. And the cleaning products have a very very strong smell in the room. It was waaaay too strong.

The front desk staff was excellent!

The check ingirl was fabulous very efficient and friendly Couldn't stay for breakfast as I had to be at hospital at 6 am for surgery also pool was closed for maintenance

My experience at this hotel was beyond excellent! Dave the manager was more than accommodating. The rest of the staff was just as kind and helpful. I recommend this hotel without a doubt!

Excellent location from airport, got breakfast every morning with a great selection. Friendly service. Just watch the sink and tub slow drainage

Not really clean , no venilation in bathroom

Disgusting property. We booked a 2 queen bed room - that smelled like pee the moment we entered. Got another room with a pull out couch and one bed. We had to carry the extra sheets and pillow ourselves. The sheets had blood stains, the lights were either not working or were flickering. The room had a musty smell.

The rooms are not cleaned properly and the vibe is YUCK. I did not even shower the next day because there was mold in the corners of the tub. Nail clippings in the corners. Spills that were not mine and the white stuff on the curtains. The linen had nitty balls on it and felt used used. Steer clear from this place.

It’s very badly maintained bad smelling room and washroom vents are really ugly and dusty - which blocks the air conditioner and caused sinus for my elderly
