Cottonwood Airport & Expo Hotel Louisville

I'm usually not a fan of hotel breakfasts, but everything was hot, fresh, and well-stocked. The staff refilled the food frequently, so nothing ran out and everyone had plenty to choose from. The pool was advertised as heated, but it wasn't. That wasn't a big issue for me, though. My boyfriend used the gym, which was clean and had a decent selection of equipment. I stayed in a king room with a sofa. My only complaints were that the refrigerator didn't get as cold as I would have liked, and the bathroom was quite small. It wasn't comfortable for two people to be in there at the same time. My mom stayed in a room with a single queen bed. Her bathroom was larger than mine, but it lacked counter space for toiletries and only had a single sink. Her room also didn't have a closet, so she had to hang her clothes on hooks in the living area. The surrounding neighborhood looked a little sketchy, but I never felt concerned about the safety of my vehicle or belongings. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would definitely stay here again.

Breakfast

Me and my family traveled from Arkansas just to visit a place we’ve never been Louisville Kentucky. We stayed from 7/2-7/6. And I wasn’t disappointed at all from the nice people at the front desk was very friendly, helpful n welcoming. The room was cozy n clean. Breakfast was good!! If I had a complaint it would have been my view looking at a tire shop n some apartments 😁but overall 10/10 would recommend and stay again

Smallest bathroom ever. No venting in bathroom. Child’s toilet and mirror is hung for very small people. No hooks to hang clothes. Door was not original and did not fit in frame. They charge 150 deposit on top of the room fee. Parking lot should be fenced in as not a primo spot of town. Staff was nice

Incredible staff, perfect atmosphere. Pool was beyond refreshing and the breakfast was well cooked and not overcrowded. Parking was plentiful and everything around was so easily accessible

Did not report to the front desk as they were busy checking in other customers. So I was acknowledged by the receptionist and since I was only checking out, handing over the room keys, and I paid using a third party, I was told that I would receive the receipt online which I believe this why I was not asked how was my stay because we didn’t have to interact more.

I’ve stayed here a few times. It’s very clean and the staff are really friendly and helpful. Comfy beds and a good breakfast.

Pretty standard hotel . I did pay extra for a double queen room and received double beds.

Everything was clean and organized. I would just say that the hallway itself leaving to the elevator was pretty warm and humid.

This hotel is extra awesome! The staff is beyond amazing. When I did a marker to make sure my son didn’t lose his things during his first dorm experience, Dezere was right there. Keeping us feed, encouraged and excited to tell the stories of our day was Brittney! Robbie in the morning was a breath of fresh air and when I couldn’t find my son at breakfast one morning he called in the men’s bathroom for me to see if he was there. Dylan was my listening ear when my room remote got lost in my bed on tonight and I couldn’t understand where it had went. Thanks Ms Anna for having an amazing and awesome staff. When I returned to Louisville next year I plan on staying here. My true home away from home! We felt safe, secure and at home. Everyone knows you by name and your kid too! We stayed for a total of 8 days and it was the best experience of our lifetime. Lastly, the pictures you see online are the actual pictures! No fake AI. My son and I sat exactly where some of there pictures were taken at breakfast.

We have had two stays this year. We have chosen this hotel due to location and ease of on and off highway. Staff were incredible. Wonderful complimentary breakfast. Great experience both times.
