Cottonwood Airport & Expo Hotel Louisville

It was great from the time we checked in to checking out.

The breakfast buffet included a waffle station, which was a big hit with the kiddos; although the precooked omlettes and chicken sausage patties were not good. The hotel needed maintenance, as the halls were sweltering hot and smelled slightly musty. The location is odd, as it is surrounded by a low income neighborhood. Upon arrival, I was approached at my car by someone asking for money, and I had children in the car. Furthermore, the patio in the evening had many guests who were drinking, intoxicated, and/or smoking marijuana openly. There did not appear to be any hotel security on site. Nice, clean rooms. Nice staff. Bad neighborhood, bad hotel guests, above average buffet.

The front desk staff was exceptional. The special instructions placed on my reservations were followed as listed. Room and facilities were clean and well maintained.

The hotel is not in a very nice area. I would suggest taking anything out of the vehicle you wouldn't want to get stolen.

The breakfast was perfect. the rooms were clean, and the pool was a nice size. Our family really enjoyed spending time in the pool. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.

Room was clean and we notified the front desk to clean our room daily but it didn’t happen but one day out of six. Also be este of car thefts in the area.

Convenient to the Kentucky Sports Expo Center

First night there, several cars were broken into. Right in front of the main door. I was getting ready and watching for the police to respond and it took almost 2 hours for them the show up. Several people were late to the game. Even refs.

The staff was awesome and very helpful and welcoming!! Enjoyed our stay.
