We came from another hotel down the street that was horrible, this one was clean, the staff was extremely present, the rooms were nice. I was very happy.

Had a great stay. One elevator was down so it took a while to get to and from your room. I also had a problem with AC. It was blowing heat. Contact from desk and was moved to another room. Only inconvenience was pack up and moving to another room.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. We were allowed early check in for the Bourbon and Beyond Festival. Room was clean, shower was great and the bed was comfortable. Restaurant and bar area was a plus. The breakfast was great! We would definitely stay here again.

Staff (Brittany) was MOST helpful at check-in and offered a room upgrade at no extra charge. The room was quiet and very clean. Beds were extremely comfortable. The breakfast buffet was loaded with options, and the hot food was fresh and tasty. Would stay here again!!

Clean, breakfast ended at 9am, so that sucked. Pool was nice and clean, but very cold.

While the hotel was quite nice and the staff was very friendly and helpful, I found the "pet friendly" part of the description misleading. Some hotels state they are "pet ok with fee's" and you expect a fee at every hotel that allows pets, however I was surprised at the amount. I think all hotels that accept pets should be more specific in their information. The fee here was $40, a bit higher than expected. If pet fees were included with the descriptions they could be compared in the same way you include the room rates, helping to make a decision. Otherwise this was a very nice hotel at a reasonable cost.

Everything. It was quiet, comfortable and the staff was amazing. Especially Robby! I think they should have given goodies to the Louder Than Life customers like other hotels did.

I was a solo female traveler and felt safe the entire time. Room was clean and nice hot water!

I had called the hotel in advance to tell them we were arriving late to check-in and was assured it would not be a problem. When we arrived there was no staff on property. We called and no one answered. We waited 2 1/2 hours and no staff returned. We ended up calling non-emergent police and they were not able to locate staff. Between 11:30-2am, there were people in and out of the lobby. There were stains on the carpet and the surrounding area did not seem very safe. We appreciated that the hotel did refund our room and hotels.com arranged another hotel for us.

The room was clean, bed was comfortable. The staff at the desk was friendly. My only complaint was that one elevator was down. We were on the fifth floor and the hotel was very busy for Labor Day weekend so we ended up using the stairs a lot. It seems to me that there should be a service elevator as well as two guest elevators.
