La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Louisville NE/Old Henry Rd

Staff - gentleman at the counter was barely there. Seemed to show little concern that we were checking in. Room - requested two queen beds but got one king. Requested top floor but got 2nd floor people pouncing around above our room. Drilling and repair work being done as we tried to talk to each other at breakfast. Incredibly loud. Spent several visits at this hotel in the past. Sorry to see it decline to this level. Won’t be staying here on our next visit.

After being on the road traveling and staying here and there, this hotel was the best! We finally got a good night sleep.The bed was comfortable and tge room and area was very clean.

First room had not been cleaned. They gave me a second room. Sunny side of the building with the shades open to full sun and a/c not on. Room temp was over 85 degrees. Took three hours for a/c to get the room comfortable. Lights above bed did not work. No shower supplies (soap/shampoo) in the bathroom.

Clean and comfy bed. Hot shower and a nice quiet room. Will continue to book and stay :)

Breakfast was ready in time. The front desk staff was very helpful

Very clean. Good breakfast. AC worked well. Water pressure left something to be desired though. Only complaint.

The room was nothing special, but it sufficed. Could have used one more ceiling light. Overall, it was a good stay.

Room smelled of cologne covering a subtle BO smell. Bathroom sink barely drained

A light didn’t work In the room during my stay. As well as bar being closed entire time I was there. Nice little pool area.

Clean and modern room and hotel. Reasonably priced and even pet fee was reasonable. No bad smells or dirty room. Just a problem with the bathtub not draining properly. No hairdryer but there was an iron and ironing board. Stayed with my two kids and toy poodle. Will definitely stay again and recommend.

Breakfast was not good at all

The room was clean and staff were friendly. Great breakfast! The only negative- the bathroom lighting and overall lighting of the room was not good. Definitely need more lights! Also, not so great smell in the hallway. Overall, decent stay!

Breakfast was really great, the amenities such as fitness room and pool are always a great add on and it was great to see all these amnesties. Only issues I had was when I checked in there was no introduction there was no explanation of wifi or where anything was or when to expect breakfast etc.. literally asked for a credit card for the deposit and handed me the room key.. didn't even tell me where the elevators were smh and another small issue were no wash clothes in the room. Overall other than these avoidable issues it was really great!

Dirty, Smelled like trash, mildew, and smoke.

No hot water for the shower. Lights in the room had no shades so it was either fully lit and in your eyes or dark with no lights on. The breakfast was terrible and my family all got sick from the eggs.
