Great place to stay in Louisville. The Publix next door was very convenient for snacks and coffee. The hotel rooms were quiet except for the occasional hallway noise. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Beautiful room, beautiful area. Close to a few restaurants and right beside the Publix which was very convenient. Amazing staff- especially Sammy. There was an older lady that worked the front desk 2x during our stay and she was not very friendly.

Breakfast was really good. The patio area was nice with a smoking section. Location reasonable in realtion to downtown Louisville. Overall really pleasant experience. Thank you kindly! Nothing to note.

We had a very pleasant stay. We had a Studio Suite with 2 Qn beds and sofa bed. I have nothing negative to say. Hotel is at a nice and safe location; it has clean and very spacious room with full kitchen, good customer service, great breakfast buffet. Cathy, the supervisor, was very nice, helpful and accommodating. We will stay here again on our next trip to Louisville.

The breakfast was absolutely delicious and very well maintained each day. The attention to detail and level of care shown by the staff did not go unnoticed. Great job to the entire team! Because of the exceptional service I received, I will not only book my personal travel at this location, but I will also recommend and book company travel here as well. Thank you for making our stay such a positive experience. It was my first time in Louisville!

Excellent! Just one word, excellent! The staff, Sammy the Manager and Jacqueline the bartender, were beyond friendly and accommodating. Felt like we were visiting with friends. The facility is so nice. Clean and well maintained. Rooms are spacious and well stocked. Breakfast was fantastic! They served REAL bacon! Most of the time it's just sausage patties but Residence Inn does REAL bacon! YUM! The only negative I have to say is that there is not an awning at the front door so if it's raining, you are going to get wet loading or unloading your vehicle. This is our second time staying here and we will return again. Oh and the price of the suite is less than what we spent in Atlanta the night before on a regular room which was much smaller. Also, it's close and easy to the Interstate. We highly recommend this hotel.

Great location, well equipped rooms, great amenities, clean, good breakfast, and at a great price. We’ll happily come back.

The property was beautiful! Everything was very clean and all amenities were functional and well maintained. The free breakfast buffet was delicious as well and had so may options. We will definitely be staying here again!!

We stayed for 4 days for Mother’s Day weekend and we loved this hotel! Staff very friendly and welcoming as we checked in and out! Loved the room, the only drawback was the pillows, they were to soft and flimsy.. but all in all we really enjoyed our stay and will be back again soon!

Booking cancelled our reservation without telling us. Disgusting excuse for customer service. The front desk employees were super rude not helpful didn’t care that we drove 4 hours and had no where to stay. No one called to inform me that they cancelled our room that was booked for months.
