This place sucks. Don’t bother to go in

Really dirty room. Bad smells.

The night clerk was great. The A/C in the room barely worked and the room was warm and stuffy all night. They put newer units in the hallways but the room units are ancient. Towels were stained, door latch didn't work properly, only had one towel. No wash clothes, hand towels, tissues, and one bar of soap. The desk clerk offered to move us rooms but also said that all the rooms were the same and they only put one towel in each room because they didn't have enough towels for all the rooms unless we asked for them. Won't be returning.

Yes it was dirty one towel in room and it had stains all over it bedding was gross covered in stains smelt like mold a/c didn’t even work hot tub was broken ice machine was broken pool was dirty

Dirty room. No towels, No garbage can, personal had babies behind counter and she was dirty. There was no breakfast as advertised.We would NOT stay there again. And would like to have a refund. We always stay at Windin resorts and the are very clean etc.

This hotel is misrepresented. It is dirty with a lot of things nasty and broken. The room smelled very bad. The hot tub did not work and our room key actually opened another room that was occupied by someone else.

Hot tub was out of order. Hotel no longer offers breakfast. The room it self was run down and tired. The bed was broke down in the middle so we slept in a "hole" all night. Very disappointing!

The room smelt of ammonia which gave me terrible headaches and the pillows were folded in half to look like throw pillows, once unfolded very flat. Went to Walmart to buy pillows to sleep on. Lady who helped us the day we checked in was very helpful.

Door parts missing, toilet would not flush, changed rooms, no refrigerator, carpet torn, WEB SITE SAYS BREAKFAST BUT DON'T HAVE. VERY UNSATISFIED

The door to the room was barely hanging on the hinges and hard to open. The room was disgusting, my wife got bed bugs. We had to leave before our second night because the room stunk so bad and of the bed bugs. They wouldn’t even refund my money. I cancelled all of my other Wyndham stays because of this!

Dirty rooms, lack of employees when checking in & overall appearance is not what I expect from a Wyndham

Non understanding to personal situations

Absolutely filthy. Smelled horrible of cigarettes, marijuana and mold. Bed sheets and pillows were stained with cigarette ash marks and god knows what else. I asked for new bedding and the receptionist gave me a “new” set that was just as dirty. Only one towel in the bathroom covered in hair. Paint peeling off the walls and stains and holes all over the furniture and carpet and walls. Crackheads walking around the property with no shoes on and they were clearly living there and doing drugs. Dogs barking in almost every room I passed. By far the dirtiest grimiest hotel I have ever stepped foot into. I left and got a refund as I didn’t even want to take off my shoes or sit on the bed. Wouldn’t be surprised if there were bed bugs.

Staff was cordial, but property is extremely rundown. No breakfast, broken ice machine, broken hot tub. Price was low, so was quality of the property

First dirty room not maid up at 5 pm got new room smelled better curtains hung up with gorilla tape fridge wouldn’t shut no continual breakfast like the site said icemaker didn’t work stunk at the front desk like the person working desk was smoking weed

This property should be rated a zero. The room was dirty, walls missing paint, rust in the restroom, both beds had massive stains on the bedspreads like it was used and soiled. This hotel should not be on any website. I was so thankful Expedia refunded my money and I was able to book another amazing hotel in Denver. Please don’t use this hotel. Shady people outside the hotel and did not feel safe.

There were bed bugs in the bed, mold in the bathroom, the sheets and bedding had holes and stains, the mirror and desk were not cleaned at all and they were full of sticky splatters, smelled like mildew and smoke, etc.
