The mattress was the best.Wish I knew the brand. Very nice experience

One of the nightstand drawers was broken in my room. I did not touch it, but when I entered the room, it was hanging off balance in. It’s brackets. I also came across not one but two spiders in my room.
-
Loud highway noise, dirty and also grimy and undusted surfaces, someone's used bandaid stuck to shower rod, filthy door jambs in room and lobby, obviously hasn't had a deep clean in a long time, open, unrepaired wall under sink.
-
This is an affordable nice hotel. I would get it again. Nice bed clean room.
-
breakfast options were terrible… While they took efforts to keep the property painted and clean inside, the quality of workmanship was terrible… We had to slam our door to make it lock and close
-
The staff was very kind and courteous Nothing that we could think of
-
The gentle man I dealt with wasn't very nice.

Breakfast was cheap, no eggs just sausage and tater tots, dry bread and muffins. The coffee was terrible. Like they used the same grounds over and over again. The room was clean, the air conditioning / heating unit rattled and made funny noises all night long and it looked like it was new. For the price we paid we did not get our money’s worth. Go somewhere else!

The pillows are old and need replacing, as do the duvets – they’re all stained. There was uncollected hair in the bathroom. Breakfast is far too monotonous, but I suppose that’s the norm here. The area around the hotel is untidy and unkempt. The hotel has some work to do; I don’t know how they managed to get such a good rating.

Nice room but lobby had a foul oder

will never stay there again too high priced for what you receive 1

The people were friendly and the cleaning women did a good job. Unfortunately, the have mice and poor mice control. Mice in room. They need better rodent control outside. The doors between rooms and entry do not have the correct thresholds. One mouse came right under our front door.Their excuse was that people prop the north exit door open. Well why don't they put alarm on it. They said they have outdoor black boxes to trap mice. But, I did not see any by that entry. So their way to fix the mouse in our room was to put sticky pads in room. The owner is really too cheap to hire exterminator company to do what they need to do to get it right.Plus, their dumpster where we had to enter had a foul smell and overflowing with the lid opened.Too cheap to have two dumpsters. The pump on the jacuzzi was broken so it made a very loud noise.

The hotel needs a lot of updates

Very good

Front desk staff was friendly and fast. Booked to use guest laundry and found out it was Out of Order. Room comfortable and clean. A couple questionable/loose outlets in the room though. AC worked great over a 100+ degree weekend. Nice breakfast buffet in the a.m.

Good value. Clean and comfortable room

My first time experience with this hotel was a great!
-
Standard breakfast food, but boy, were the showers amazing. There seem to be damage to the front of the building.
-
There was a small drip in the bathroom sink and the towel rack was coming out from the wall, and one of the door latches did not close properly. It seems that they need to do some updated repairs. Staff helpful and room was clean, bed comfortable. The breakfast hours were inadequate for my needs,(6-9) with same hours on weekends.
