1) the air conditioner didn’t work 2) the tub drain was plugged we stood in water over our ankles while showering 3) the floor was dirty 4 ) the light bulb burnt out first night we was there 5 ) no comfort in the beds well worn out mattress

Poor customer service ALL AROUND! 4 different staff members could not resolve either of the issues I had!!

talking to the locals living there and there was the restaurant next door well when I walked in room the smell of cleaner was over powering i had to keep door and windows open to air out the bed was very hard sleeping on the floor might been about the same and let's say about the air conditioning it needs a update maybe the wall mounts in each room I was sweating the guy next to me loan me his fan for the night they had a phone didn't work maybe update the whole place

First room i was put in had no air conditioning, they had it on full blast, but was blowing hot air. The picture hanging on the wall looked like somebody punched it as it was shattered glass. All in the frame, the bathroom was worse than anything I had ever seen. Honestly, the whole room looked like a jail cell. There was patches on the wall of missing paint holes in the wall, broken glass. The shower head was missing the actual headpiece. And when I walked in, the comforter to the bed, was a king thrown on a double bed. So it was laying all over the floor it was absolutely filthy and disgusting. I went to the front and advised them of this, and they placed me in another room upstairs. I went up there and as the room was a little better. As for no broken glass and the walls were actually painted this door had no locks on it. The chain lock was cut off and the slide lock. They had was missing. The piece that you slid into so as being a single female or anyone in that case, I felt extremely unsafe. In that situation, the air conditioning in this room also was blowing lukewarm air. I went to the bathroom and there was old. Soap in there from previous people and hair all over. There were dead bugs all over the floor it was awful. I had started looking for other hotels to go to as I felt extremely unsafe, and it was absolutely disgusting for cleanliness. The phone to the room kept ringing and someone kept hanging up. So I have a feeling this was a drug hot spot as well.

It was a stopover for our real vacation but there was roaches in the room and it was really not that clean half way under the bed the other half you could see the dirt the bathroom door none was falling off my girl got locked in an I had to come on lock it from the outside

The property was listed as newly renovated, and it certainly was not! Only the flooring looked new. The pictures online do not match what you actually get. Bed very hard and simply one mattress on a metal frame. Doors/locks did not feel secure. Very poorly insulated, we could hear every little noise from other rooms and the road. The first room we went into was so strong cleaning product/chemical smelling that it made eyes water and induced an asthma attack. Second room was stale old smoke smelling - a room that had been smoked in for years despite advertised as a non smoking facility. The bathrooms were so old and unclean looking. Tons of dust on the very old heating system - we didn’t dare turn it on. The only good thing was the very friendly husband and wife team who were managing and trying to accommodate/make us happy. They identified that the site had a new owner who was hoping to bring the place back to shape. There is no way we’d ever go back, nor would we recommend this place to stay. Thankfully we were only there for a short 10 hours. We left tired, with sore backs from the bed and smelling like chainsmokers!!

The only thing I liked about this place was that it had water to take a shower. How cheap everything looked , having to get the remote for the TV from the front desk , no rod to hang clothes, dirty sheets, uncomfortable bed . I didn't feel safe and the bed was tiny for 2 people , it was a full size bed not a queen. Towels felt like sandpaper. This is the cheapest place I have ever stayed and I DON'T mean that in a good way. The dresser looked like it was found on the side of the road and the room lighting was horrible.

When I arrived exhausted at 4 AM after two days of horrific travel, the lady at the front desk was cheerful, and very happy to make sure I was completely taken care of. The bed was just perfect, I slept very well. It is an older motel typical of many in midwest America, clean and relaxing. I arrived by car on the interstate. It was a bit far from the highway, but the area where it is located is good.

At check in I ran into a traveler who was back from his first room after finding it uncleaned. After, simply described, an awkward and extended experience check in, I received my key. While on my way to my room, I ran into the same traveler coming back from his new, second assigned roomed and he informed me that one was also "filthy". I'm not sure if my room was cleaned but suffice to say it was run-down. The AC barely ran and did not adequately cool the room. The towels had stains on them.

This was the lowest priced lodging in the area at the time so you get what you pay for here. The room 125 needed refurbishing but everything worked. Brand new refrigerator and microwave. TV was good. There was not enough light as there was only one wall light fixture and the table lamp was missing. Very good video security system. On a main road but not noisy at night.

No hot chick up front, they tried telling me the room I booked wasnt the price I booked it for. They ended up giving me the room I did book, but after looking it over I tried to get a refund only to be told “I dont have authorization to do that.” So we stayed in what was essentially a jail cell with a window and tv on the wall. The space to get into the bathroom was about 2 foot wide, so if you’re a plus sized person, I wouldnt recommend this place unless you dont plan on using the bathroom. I got my deposit back in the morning in cash ($20) hidden fee they dont tell you about on here
