Con artist and scammers Stay away they are all thieves Worst experience of my life. I’m calling the police to report them if the bank can’t help so at least it is known. They are thieves.

Location The bed was on the floor and very uncomfortable

The hotel was pretty good. We came here for my friend who is legally blind, and Thelma in particular was the best staff member that we talked to she was very patient, understanding, and willing to help. Needless to say she was the reason why we had a great time.

Clean room

The room was very clean and neat when we arrived. There were no broken items which sometimes happens in hotels. The bathroom was in great shape and very clean. The bed was fresh uncomfortable. I would recommend the hotel highly if you prefer no frills. I think it was an excellent value.

Honestly this was one of the nicer hotels I've stayed at in years . The rooms are sweet, everything you need to be comfortable . only thing that could be improved on is the front desk closes at 10 pm , no biggy unless you need some assistance

Clean, brand new, no frills but meets your need for a place to sleep.

The room was nice. Had to pay for almost everything you needed . It is a suite and you had to purchase all of your essentials for the kitchen and WiFi if you needed extra. Checkout was at 11 and they called me as I wasn’t in the room and they had gone into my room to see if I had checked out. It was only 10:40. No coffee in room and when I went to get coffee downstairs, there were no cups. No desk staff until 9:00 am so if you did have a problem, no one was there. It’s ok for a one night just sleep stay, but not for longer stays if unless you want to pay extra.

Staff was courteous, building was quiet. Onsite laundry and gym were a bonus. The GM and Suzie were so accommodating. I really can't think of a negative that stands out.

Room was clean but very basic. Beds are horrible. Not at all comfortable. Could feel all the springs. Lumpy, thin pillows that provide no support at all. Couldn’t even walk in one side of the bed because it was so close to the wall.

I knew this was a budget hotel. And it is. It's new, clean and relatively cheap. I just needed a place to sleep. That part met my expectations. You will have to ask for shampoo & conditioner. And a hair dryer. Oh and a plastic cup for brushing your teeth. With that said the staff was polite and helpful. Keep an eye on when the front desk is staffed, though. Also, the beds are on metal frames, and a "hardwood". One of them squeaked when you rolled over. Good news for us, one of us sleeps like the dead and doesn't move around a lot, so we switched beds and it worked out fine for our needs.

They gave me a king size handicap room at first. The fridge didn’t work and the bed was poor quality. Then they gave me a key card to another room down the hall to put my fridge items in until the next day so they could change the fridge in my room. They never changed the fridge in my room and ended up asking me to move to the other room that had the working fridge which was a double queen. The new room’s bathroom faucet barely worked and the beds weren’t much better. This is definitely bare minimum last resort lodging. The office is also only open 9am-10pm so late check ins are a no go. I won’t come back.

Room wasn't what was booked or pics of. Very disappointed. Was supposed to be handicap accessible with walk in shower like pictures of room booked. Check in and tub shower. Rooms not cleaned every day, once a week or two depends on your stay length. Lots of long term stayers. Was almost cheaper to stay a month then 9 days.
