The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because the computers went down. And their attempt at managing the system was horrible. They gave keys for our room to another hotel guest, who then entered our room. I know it was a fluke thing- and an accident- but it could have turned out dangerously.

The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The front desk staff at check-in was very friendly.

Room was very clean, as well as the common areas. Staff is always amazing and they are the reason we keep coming back to this hotel every time we travel to the area.

John at the front desk was a real one - room was great, but John made it exceptional

Very clean and spacious room. Friendly staff.

The property is in pretty good condition, but is starting to show some wear. Breakfast is average.

Great hotel to stay at for baseball tournament. So many events were going around the week we were there. The staff was accommodating to use since we were getting there early AM. Our room was ready and the staff was very helpful, definitely would stay again in the future and would recommend to others

As a family of 5 traveling with young children, the rooms were spacious with plenty of kitchenware, linen etc. The complimentary breakfast provided several options which was favorable. My only recommendation is that the carpeting was worn and a bit dirty and we ran into what seemed like dog hair kind of drifting under the not so tight doorway from the main hallways.

Only place I stay when I visit

Very nice facility.

We stayed here a quick overnight stay on our way back home. Tired hungry and really just wanted to get some sleep before the car ride the next day. Upon arrival the front desk lady was helpful and got us taken care of. We got to our room and at first glance was great, spacious and seems fine. Unfortunately not so much the case. There was a dog above us who ran back and fourth alllll night long. Sounded like elephants running back and fourth. I did reach out to the staff and she said she’d look into it however I never heard anything back. It ended up waking us up all thru out the night and early morning. There were hairs in our bed almost stuck to the blankets and also in the shower. Upon check out there was no one at the front desk so we just left our key and left.

Very clean room, staff was very helpful, and plenty to choose from for breakfast.

This company always keeps the same standard. Can always count on them for a tidy clean and comfortable place to stay.

Hotel room was exceptional! Very clean, lots of extras (fridge with freezer, dishwasher, pull out dining table, long counter, extra night stand space with charging areas). The pool was a little chilly, but nice. Lots of options for breakfast, including a make your own waffle area, hard boiled eggs, hot prepared items (eggs, sausage, some kind of cheese biscuit, etc), cereal, yogurt station, and more. Coffee, hot chocolate, and tea always out and available in the main lobby. We wish we could've stayed longer here!

Everything was fine but I was not impressed with the breakfast. The gym was nice for the size.

For what we paid, I was a bit disappointed. The staff was polite and friendly, but we had very noisy guests above us; the walls and ceiling are not very soundproof, so we heard just about everything. The AC was not working on our hallway floor. We were woken up the 1st morning by a false fire alarm. Lastly, and the main reason for 3 stars, was that the elevators were very poorly maintained; on one occasion, we almost got stuck in the elevator as it went from the 3rd floor to the 1st floor, then the 2nd floor, and finally the 3rd floor again before the doors opened. Quite a scary event, which led to my family walking up and down the stairs for the remainder of our stay.

Everything was great, except the staff was useless for allergen information regarding breakfast.

Only thing was the room was supposed to be ready at 3 PM and it was closer to 330 otherwise everything was very nice
