Hotel was clean, staff was very friendly and helpful, pool was excellent, only downside was breakfast was not complimentary, otherwise would highly recommend!

Outside appearance Mold around edges of bath tub . Bed was like sleeping on concrete. Water had no pressure. Beer from prior customer in refrigerator, so wasn’t cleaned. Sticky substance in refrigerator.

Breakfast was not included, despite it saying so on the website. The exterior doors did not open with the key reader, so we had to go in through the lobby each time. Front desk staff never answered the phone. The TV (cable) was out the entire time we were there. And maintenance-wise the handicapped room that we were placed in did not have proper drainage for the shower, causing a wet mess throughout the bathroom floor, which was very soft with loose floorboards. The room WAS very clean, and the bed was comfortable.

the staff made it right the best they knew how. if this hotel wants to succeed the manager will need to care about the customer. small town not much to choose from therfore there is a great opportunity to get a better rati g just not this visit. the staff save this from being a really bad rating. pay your housekeeping staff more and inspect the outcome from time to time. for me it will not be on my list to return. also note breakfast is no longer included in the rate.

The lobby area and cafe had been remodeled, but once I entered the room, I could see the carpet had big dark spots over the entire area. It was nasty. The bathroom was in good repair until I looked in the bathtub. It had either a grime ring or rust ring around the tub. The bottom of tub was covered with something white to cover where it probably was rusted through. My husband spoke to receptionist and we were moved to supposedly an upgrade. Room was bigger but in the same bad condition. I was so tired after 12 hours of traveling. Will never stay there again. It will be worth the travel time to stay in Hattiesburg or Mobile. Just was visiting for Mother's Day.

good location , good places to eat close by

Location was good The hotel staff at front desk not very informed, hotel room floor dirty, bath tube has dirt or mold inside. The breakfast buffet was very poor quality, the price they charged was way overpriced for the value of the buffet and the quality of the food was horrible

Breakfast wasn't Included like the website said. Kept charging my card even after we checked out.

Housekeeping was very accommodating

Easy to get to off the hwy, had restaurants in the hotel. Ice machine was broken on the first floor.

The room and employees were wonderful! I was just there in Feb and they had a complimentary breakfast and now it’s a restaurant that charges for breakfast! $16 for breakfast, especially during the week, is ridiculous! We were not told before we went in! There was a sign on the door in 14 pt font. I couldn’t read it going in the door up front and there was NOT one on the door going into the restaurant! I paid for this Holiday Inn expecting the same complimentary breakfast. Very disappointed!

No hot water

Our stay was very comfortable. The breakfast was great as well as the staff.

The shower wouldn't get warmer than lukewarm. The shade wouldn't go all the way down for privacy. The ice machine was down. I thought the price was a bit high especially when everything was not working properly.

Nice hotel have stayed there on multiple occasions and now they have added a restaurant very nice and food was good. Great customer service.
