Was charged a hidden incidentals fee after I arrived. I was told the money would refund to my account after 10 days. It never refunded.

Had the sweet. Would have been nice to have a single bed along with the 2 double beds rather than a hidabed couch. Room could be designed with 3 single beds for 3 adults stay. Hideabed couch was very uncomfortable for adult.
