Relax inn- Lucedale

Having to wait an hour and a half for the night manager, who knew we'd arrive between 9n10, to return to register us. Had a pregnant granddaughter with us and was there because I had to bury my wife, while traveling 4 hours from home and attending her memorial that day. We had more problems than his girlfriend having to sleep without him, I'm sorry, but I have trouble with a lack of compassion.

Easy access to building, good parking The key card had to be reprogrammed after the first night, this was a pain in the rear and wasted time. I gave this place a chance from my previous visit to the area and thought the bed is way better but that access to my room both times I’ve stayed there ends the possibility I will return

Stayed at Relax Inn in Lucedale, MS during a 12U baseball tournament and had a great experience. The hotel was clean, well maintained, and conveniently located to everything we needed for the weekend. Charles at the front desk was especially helpful and friendly, making check-in and our stay smooth. Excellent value for the price. Would highly recommend for anyone needing a comfortable, affordable place with great service and proximity to local fields.

HOTEL. COM YOUR SERVICE IS HORRIBLE.., AND THE HOTEL I STAYED IN WAS NASTY AND I HAD TI GO BUY CLEANING ITEMS TO CLEAN I DIDNT STAY BUT ONE IF THE NIGHTS AND I WAS DENIED A REFUND. NOR WAS I ALLOWED TO SEND VIDEO FOOTAGE. . HOW CAN YOU AS A COMPANY REPRESENT SUCH A HORRIBLE PLACE AND THEN DENY ME A REFUND??? THE HOTEL MANAGER SLEEPS ON THE COUCH IN THE FRONT HOTEL LOBBY. THE ENTIRE PLACE STANK. WHY NOT HAVE REPRESENTATIVES FROM HOTEL . COM GO CHECK OUT THE LOCATIONS PRIOR TO REPRESENTING THEM.

Manager was very friendly, nice, helpful. For the price it was very good. Other than the key card not working .

Lots of convenient shopping locations

Super clean, not even a cobweb! One of the most comfortable hotel beds I've slept in! Excellent price. A little dated.

The room was clean and the bed was fairly comfortable. The staff wasn't always readily available. But the stay was ok Especially for the price. I would recommend it for a reasonable Inn to stay at. Thanks

Nothing at all. On the day of checkout I had to extend a few more days because of weather conditions the manager would inspect the room before extending and charge $20 for each dirty linen, towel, and pillows plus a deposit they price on their own. You have to clean your own room and if you get a smoking room you can’t have any cigarette butts around the room or you will be charged for that. Too many things. Didn’t feel like a hotel stay. This is worse than an Airbnb

Room smelled horrible. Blankets were full of burn holes. A condom was stuck up in the shower. GROSS!! I have stayed here before with no problems. But this time just wasn't the best. For 80 dollars I expect to have a much better experience. The hotel is located in the middle of town which makes it very convenient. Just needs to do better.

You must not know this property. They do not serve breakfast. I was told total price $63 I DID NOT book online ONLY looked at the property to see the rooms AFTER I booked at Relax Inn. Do not plan to stay again. Pillows lumpy and old. Bathtub shower head only let 2 slow spray of water to come out. Hot/cold faucet handles so small could never adjust...I gave up and took a sponge bath. Someone told me later prostitution/drugs goes on there. I should have know better for $60 (they charged me more).
