Jackson Gore Village, A Vail Resorts Property

The room was clean and the front desk staff were very neat and pleasant, but the bathroom water pressure was way too weak. There was also no vending machine, so there was nowhere to get water—it felt like you'd need to bring all your own food and drinks if you stay there. Overall, it was quiet and clean.

My daughter and I were looking for someplace to meet in the middle… one coming from upstate New York and one coming from Massachusetts.This was not the first hotel we looked at. Fortunately it is the one we stayed at! The facility is very nice, even though older still very well maintained. Staff was exceptional! The location was perfect for just a fun getaway weekend. The downtown area has some lovely restaurants and shops but the restaurant at the resort was also very good. We enjoyed the area so much. We're talking about going again in the winter, even though neither of us have skied in ages!

The setting is beautiful at the base of the ski slope. Staff is very accommodating. Clean and all basic amenities were in good working order.

The room was huge, clean and comfy, perfect for our one night work related stay. All the staff, especially Deann at the front desk, and the waistaff and planner at the wedding we were at, were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We were very impressed with their kindness and professionalism.

Very nice room and location. Very accommodating since we had two people with mobility issues with us. Easy access to the room. Only issue was it was a bit confusing finding the front desk. Also there was no indication that reservations were needed for breakfast as we walked right in the tavern for dinner.

The accommodations were wonderful, and most importantly, our kid had an absolute blast! Everything went smoothly, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience for our family. Highly recommended!

Staff was exceptionally friendly and hospitable, always very thoughtful, and they went out of their way in several ways to ensure that my wife and I had a great time comprising many positive experiences. Lack of assist grab handle of some type should be standard equipment in each owner's bathroom tub.

The best place

When we look for a place to stay, there are a few things that really matter to us. First: friendly, helpful staff. Every single person we met greeted us with a smile and was happy to help with any questions we had. That kind of service makes such a difference! Second: clean and well-maintained. Jackson Gore was absolutely spotless. Everything was beautifully maintained and nothing felt run-down or neglected. Our room was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed. And then there were the activities! There are so many things to do that you could easily spend more than a weekend trying to fit it all in. We enjoyed the outdoor pool, even though we happened to have a cooler weekend. The kids loved the game room, the fire, and especially the movie night under the stars. We also really enjoyed the restaurant on-site. The kids' meals were incredibly generous, and the s’mores for dessert were a HUGE hit with my kids! One thing we especially appreciated was how well everything was thought out and maintained. Even little details stood out to us, like not having dumpsters right outside the units that could attract bears. Overall, we were incredibly impressed. From the staff to the rooms, activities, restaurant, and grounds, everything was clean, welcoming, and well cared for. We went to Jackson Gore hoping to find a new vacation getaway… and we fount it
