Lufkin Inn is a great value and a great location.

The weather...

It was easy to locate friendly staff. The room was nice. It came with the refrigerator in a microwave. when you check in, they give you the TV controller. There’s a nice Mexican restaurant right next-door. Food was good. It’s close by quite a few things. I was just there for a night. I would have to say the door kept sticking every time I try to open it it took me a few tries to get it opened and then there were some big trucks. Not sure if they’re always parked there or not, but they were quite noisy.

The room was clean and comfortable. The AC kept the room nice and cool despite the Texas heat, and the hot water worked exceptionally well. Just be careful with the shower temperature—it heats up quickly! The shower and sink both drained very slowly, which makes me think there may be a clog or plumbing issue somewhere in the system. Other than that, I didn’t have any major concerns.

The staff they were rude

Did not have breakfast. Water was little slow to drain both in tub and lavatory.

No plunger or toilet brush. Ice maker had rust inside of it peeling off.

The room was big and clean No Breakfast was served. And not enough towels and toilet paper in the rooms.

We did not do the breakfast, but location of room was great and was quite n/a

Great place to stay

The room was well maintained and clean. Staff friendly. I was able to sleep undisturbed by outside noises.

The location is close to everything in the city. Staff was not understanding when it came to an emergency of having to leave early and not providing a refund.

Just minor the water pressure in the sink was too low other then that nothing else
