The strict 4pm check in when the rooms are ready and disrespect for the elderly amd handicap in need to lay down.

Awesome place to stay while on business in Lufkin Tx

The only complaint was the ac unit apparently was leaking water and I found out by stepping onto the carpet the middle of the morning.

Clean rooms and my son loved the swimming pool.

The staff was also allowing cars to park under the awning until the pouring rain stopped while at least 6 cars were waiting to check in. Hotel has potential but staff needs to be properly trained.

It was a little challenging to find, but well worth that little backtrack. It is comfortable and quiet. The breakfast is one of the better ones I have seen.

This was a different experience for me. This location's environment was a tad bit off the customer service with front desk during checkout as well. Not sure if I'll recommend this location to anyone.

The room was very clean and staff was very courteous.

The bedding was out of this world. I don’t think I’ve ever slept in a hotel that had nicer bedding, believe it or not. The staff was helpful and the complementary breakfast was really good. Lots of choices. I will stay again.
