Mold in the rooms. Guy did not want to change one of the two rooms, saying we were not allowed to change even though i explained the mold situation. Pool was very dirty.

I worked at night in Lufkin the night staff told me that if I could pay a few more hours after 11am to be able to sleep during the day and in the morning when I returned from work I talked to the person during the day he told me that if I had until 2pm and at 11.20 they were playing I told them that I had paid a few more hours and at 12 they arrived again that I had to leave I already said that I had paid more hours and they did not allow me to stay more I had to go out and sleep a while in my car to be able to drive to another city that I had to work I did not like the attitude of that person

We were booked for 4 days. The room was only cleaned once. The bed was horrible, the water tasted bad. Had issues with the keyless door, had to be fixed it would not open most of the time. The toilet had issues, my husband had to fix it we never knew if it would flush properly was always a gamble. The phone did not work, so any issue we had with room we had to walk to front desk to report. The staff was as helpful as they could be, but you can only do so much with a marginal property. The hotel was ok cleanish, but I saw lizards enter through gaps in the door to guest rooms. The one good thing I can say that the shower pressure was awesome. Amenities were so so. I will not stay at this property again.

It was clean, quiet and had friendly, helpful employees.

Problems with the television not changing stations. They tried to fix but gave up.

Excellent location for our medical appointment. The television never worked correctly even though they tried to fix it. New system.is needed. Everyone had the sane issues. Staff had problems with getting the extra day added using expedia. Nice updated rooms.

No me gustó para nada olía a cigarrillo la habitación, la tina del baño estaba toda manchada para completar cuando llegamos nos dieron la llave de la habitación y cuando abrí había alguien más ahí adentro, estaba un Sr que susto 😫

When I booked my room it was supposed to be a suite I got charged for a suite for three people when I got there there was no suite available so they gave me a room with one bed for two people I had to go to target and purchase a inflatable bed for my son la Quinta did not gave any credit even that I paid for a suite that’s very sorry that they advertised a suite and when you get there there are no suites available they are under construction or renovation

Nothing Room had a bad odor. Right when I got there I told them I did not need 2 nights and that I didn't realize the booking was for 2. They said contact booking.com bookings told me to contact hotel. I went back and a woman said ok we will charge 1 night. I still got charged 2 nights. Also l, They wanted 8 dollars for continental breakfast, had no lids for coffee cups. Please mo e on and find a better place.

I booked a king room and they gave me a twin room after asking if I'd like an "upgrade." The lady at the desk asked some black dude if he was stealing. He had a room already. He wasn't even doing anything?? Just standing there. Beds were super uncomfortable. Room keys failed several times.

Our room was clean and nice. The toilet flushed slowly, but the over all bathroom was fine. The continental breakfast was okay. The staff was very friendly and helpful!
