Pretty good hotel. There some maintenance issues that need to be addressed. Bathroom door didn’t even shut it was so out of square. Looked like someone attempted to fix it but still wouldn’t close. Bathtub/shower needs some tlc around the enclosure to fix drywall. Not super picky, but it was noticeable. Other than that, a good place to stay.

Towel rack was missing from my bathroom, obviously was there at one point. Staff was great check in / check out. Disappointed in breakfast choices, but what i had was good.

Shampoo bottles in bathroom empty and didn’t work

The location was near events we had to attend. Front staff was friendly. The door to the bathroom in my room did not fully close without excessive force, then it was VERY difficult to open. There was a woman's razor and some toiletries still in the shower when I arrived. Temperature in the hallway was very hot. Furniture had some stains.

The shower was great. Bathroom pretty roomy. Bed was good. The layout of the room was not the greatest. You’d have to lie sideways to watch tv, maybe because of the sofa bed. And let’s talk about the AC. It rattled the entire night. There were no water bottles in the room, but a coffee maker, mini fridge and microwave. The place is old. Amenities are old. No USB connections. And the room smelled musty. Most hotels are removing their carpet; this one had carpet-maybe that’s why it smelled funky. And there’s no breakfast; just a small Starbucks… Only 2 bath towels. I don’t know. I most likely won’t return. But it worked for what we needed this time.

Stay away from this property. It appears as though no money is being put back into the upkeep. The A/C in the building did not work, the wi-fi did not work, every metal fixture in the bathroom was rusted, the tub/shower was not clean. Wall paper that was peeling in the hallways was reattached with staples, and sheets/blankets on the bed were yellow around the edges. Not good. I fully expect to see Marriott remove their brand from this property on their next inspection.

We shopped online for quite a few hotels and this one we decided, even though it was more expensive the photo looked amazing. In person this hotel is so disgusting and rundown, we were so hot at night that we ended up using washcloths that we got wet and put them on our kids back so they could sleep. My husband was walking on the fourth floor and his foot sunk into a soft spot of the floor. When I say this was a wolf and sheep’s clothing situation I am not exaggerating. It would’ve been one thing if the hotel was the cheapest option but we chose this because the photos made it look amazing so hear me out and steer clear.
