Front desk was ok. The man at the front acted all business not overly friendly. The woman at front was sweet always pleasant. I made a mistake and thought check out was at 12 and found out it was at 11. My mistake and when I asked the man at front was not very understanding or friendly when I was trying to ask if I could have 1 more hour to pack fully. He just kept stating you have 30 min do you want to stay another night. I said no and he says ok 30 min but room can't be saved for 1 more hour. Even though the place never got full and was basically empty. I was allowed to wait in lobby until I was picked up. When I informed him i was writing a review of the hotel because my son noticed his reviews werent great he saud he dish her know and shook it off. Overall it was ok experience.

Got to the room and it was relatively clean but there was only 2 pigs of complentry coffee with no sugar or creamer. Downstairs there was no coffee avaliable in the automatic earns and, again, no sugars or creamers.Back upstairs went to take a shower and there is a permanent sign telling me not fill the tub (shower only?) TP wasnt even on a roller....just sitting on the back of the toilet, unwrapped. TV remote 1/2 worked but, yes the AC did work well, surprisingly. The beds were comfortable and the linens were clean. Noise level wasnt bad. This is not the first time I've stayed at this place, the last time was pretty much the same experience but, I figured I'd give it another shot, we were only staying there for one night and it is conveniently located right next door to many resteraunts/fast food as well as the same parking lot as Walmart (Thank goodness I was able walk right over to the Murphys gas for morning coffee) With all that said, I do understand that I was only paying around $70 for the night. You've got to consider that as well. I mainly picked this Hotel for the location, close to shopping/food.

The walls looked freshly painted in the room. The carpet in the halls was dirty and musty smelling. It was okay to spend the night. It said they had breakfast but didn’t See anything there.

Nothing After calling to confirm my reservation with the barley English speaking staff, and let them know I would be arriving at 2am they assured me that wouldn't be a problem. Upon arrival I was informed they had no reservation for me nor any rooms available.

For a room in this price range my expectations were low but I was pleasantly surprised. The place was clean and orderly. For the price I felt it was a n excellent value.

The air barely cooled the room, the bathtub was dirty, the phone or clock didn’t work. I finally got the television to come on but took some effort. The main thing dissatisfying was upon checking in, my booking was already paid for but the owner tried to charge me $75.00 more. She said Expedia didn’t charge the whole cost of the room. When I refused to pay more, she gave me a room on the second floor and I had to carry all my luggage up a flight of stairs. On a good note, The location was excellent.

The room was clean but hotel looking old run down. Tv would not work staff came right away needed to be turned on and off at tv not remote sometimes. Only two towels and grab handle in tub missing so when showering water would go in the 1:1/2 hole to wall. Not good.

I loved everything. The location was good where I d8dnt have to go in the car just to go somewhere like walmart or get something to eat because it is all there The location was exactly where I wanted. Only part i didnt like is not enough parking spots some where having to park at walmart, allowing alcoholics to drink and get rowdy. The other is being so close to the main highway where you constantly heard the vehicles. The other is I do think window shades would be better than just curtains. The shades would keep the room dark at night to get better sleep

Friendly staff Sheets was not clean and carpet dirty. The room smelled.

Unreasonable management, with bad deductive reasoning skills. The cleaning staff doesnt clean the room unless you tip them. They let people smoke upstairs and then wonder why their smoke alarm goes off. The downstairs management office smells like smoke around the side entrance all the time. I got a contact high walking through the place a couple of times.

They wont clean your room unless you tip. The hallway on the second floor smells like smoke. Every time I drank out of the juice machine, i devoloped some sort of cough.

Really nothing it was a run down facility and almost no lighting

Location It was filthy. Roaches were everywhere. It hasn’t been updated for years. Needs a total makeover. No one behind the front desk, had to wait for them to come out.
