Hotel and room was very clean. Extra towels were upon request ( I have long hair); really convenient to walmart and shopping . Easy access to highway. Really good a/c! Very comfy beds!

If you are just needing a place to sleep this place will suffice. It also met my current budget for the room rate.

Clearly says accepts service animals on the website when booking or else I would've never booked with them! Tried to deny our refund when asked for it. Bc the staff was clearly informed that I had a service animal then when entering the building get told to leave and I wouldn't be allowed a refund. Only after paying a 50$ deposit was we able to stay. Poor service management

Didn't stay for breakfast The mini fridge wasn't working in one room and tvs weren't working in both rooms also we saw cockroachs that we had to kill. It was raining and the ceiling caved in we were scared. The lady at front was extremely horrible and extremely rude, we left early maybe stayed in one room 3hrs and and the second room left early due to the ceiling. Will never book with them again!

There was very little that I liked from the moment I walked in the front door. Check in was supposed to be at 2:00 o'clock and I got there at 20 minutes after and I was told it would take 20 minutes to get the room ready an hour later or more I was not checked in nor was my caregiver. I was told that I would have one room with a king bed and the second room for my caregiver with queens. And they were to be adjoining rooms for Medical emergency situations. We got two rooms both with two queen beds They were not adjoining they were across the hall from each other and the only way that I could contact my caregiver was my phone. The Doors we're so badly out of alignment that you had to slam them very hard to get them to close. There was stopper in the sink to hold water for shaving. The noise all night was deafening from the traffic that is heavy on both sides of the building. The property advertises breakfast but we went down for breakfast and There was breakfast. What few tables and chairs there were the chairs were on the table there was no food there was no a tent at a breakfast. I have a service dog that is licensed and I had to supply A $100 deposit that I was assured I would get back at checkout. I did not get it back at the checkout and it has not been applied to my card that I used to pay for the room. There was absolutely nothing with this hotel that was Positive. I would not recommend this hotel to anybody anywhere at any time. Please avoid this property.

Being close to things was about the only thing good about this hotel. Will not stay again. Our door didn’t even shut all the way and the latch on the door on the side of the building doesn’t latch you can just pull on it to open instead of using keycard.

For the cost,it's about as expected. Room was ok. Cold A/C. Bed was so-so. I did see a cockroach in the room which was concerning. Staff wasn't very welcoming.

Located near lots of food places and shopping centers. Relatively safe area. Good for the price.

Everything was good, the Lady at the front desk was RUDE!! Room key kept getting unlinked[once went to taco bell next door another time to Walmart] and she said if it does it again, your just going to have to stay out. Never renting there for family ever again.

The staff were very polite and helpful. The hotel grounds nice and neat. Yhe corridor was clean. The room was horrible. It had a filthy couch that stank and a desk chair with big chunks of vinyl missing. The little coffee maker was missing the slide out basket.

It was disgusting. The door wouldn't close all the way. People drinking alcohol in the stairway and people sitting outside of their room in the very narrow hallway. They wouldn't refund us all of our $ back because we stayed more than 5 minutes.
