Bathroom had water dripping for the ceiling mold was growing bath room door has been kicked in there was a knife hole in the door and looked like blood on the door that hadn’t been cleaned toilet would that ten mins to fill before you could flush it agin the property needs a lot of maintenance work done.outside between buildings the is a trip hazard with no warning signs or anything to keep some one from falling in a hole

The tub has been leaking which caused carpet damage. Roaches. Flies. Torn bedding. Cloudy pool.

If I can attach some pictures, I won’t have to write a review. This was more of a $30 dollar room than an $80+ room. I did tell the front desk about it and he typed some stuff on the computer. That was it. There is no breakfast even though room i reserved said it did.

The next day, they refused my refund. The place is trashy and the management is unreasonable. Don’t book here.

This is a rundown, dirty, dilapidated, nasty motel. The word fleabag would describe it well except I did not see any actual fleas (there was a different sort of critter in the bed but not fleas(.

This property is our go-to when in Lufkin TX. My only input would be that it's time for a paint job or cover up inside the rooms. When the "stains" cannot be removed, we can only ignore or overlook them for so long. Also, the fragrance in the lobby, put it on the rooms!

Staff was Helpful but room not very clean mold in bathroom walls pillows were very small

Staff was ok, the faucets handles need repair and the ironing board they brought had rust and looked pretty old. The hotel room writing pad said they provided breakfast but they didn’t, the restaurant charged. So needless to say my stay will be the last time I stay there. It needs updating.

The staff were great, but walls in the room were filthy. Splatters everywhere. Looked like they haven’t been cleaned in years. Lamps and anything metal were rusted. Fridge was cracked and filthy inside. Better than a motel 6 but getting close to being just as bad. And there were a lot of shady characters. At one point, my husband and I went to get something to eat at night, and there was a woman breaking a guest’s truck. Windshield and side mirrors. Glad we were getting out of there at that time.

The rooms are amazing. They’re very cozy and comfortable. The room temperature was on point and I was able to relax and regain some peace and rejuvenate.
