My room was by the Laundry Room it was noisy
-
Someone was smoking pot on our floor during the night. I woke up about 3 am to a skunky smell that did not leave, so I didn't really go back to sleep well.
-
Well kept courteous staff
-
No television, I understand several rooms were complaining about the television not working
-
great stay and convenient location

Clean room Awsome Breakfast
-
a was good. The only thing I would like to point out is that I did not get a high floor which I understand but the last time me and my colleague stayed here the same thing happened with him. One of us got the high floor and the other got a low floor even though both of us requested high floor. The girl at the desk said it was based on the person at the desk that preassigned the rooms that day.

Room was very clean and they had a good gym

Great room size and super comfy bed! Ample breakfast choices and the staff were very helpful in getting sheets for the pull-out couch! Loved that the pool hours were extended to 11 pm. Easy access from the highway and well-lit parking lot. We will stay here again if we travel back to Lufkin!

Clean , breakfast was great, laundry room was great

The room I stayed in was clean and nice. However, it had a defect in which door didn't close automatically. I made sure it closed every time I left the room. I told a male attendant and he was awed, though I said it'd be okay, since I made sure it closed every time I left. That said. He didn't offer to put me in another room, and I was too tired to bother changing rooms. I suppose he's going to have it fixed?! Breakfast was not bad, but far from great.
