Also the ice machine on the first floor was not working on Sunday morning at breakfast. When we asked if we could get ice somewhere, they told us it was broken and said we could go upstairs on the second floor and get ice. We didn’t really want to go up and get ice from another floor. So we did without.

It was everything I have come to expect from a Hampton! The new hotel construction (Fairfield) was quite messy but what do you do?

Breakfast selection was good and the front desk staff were pleasant. Coffee and water for making tea tasted bad. The toaster was burning everything so you have to manually cancel it The ironing board in the room was broken.
